Braman MINI of Palm Beach

Patrick Murray was the perfect salesman for me. I made it pretty clear that I wasn't buying a car that day and just looking. He was very low key and not pushy which was exactly what I like and needed. If he had been a typical pushy sales person, then I would have probably left right away. I had just started car shopping and was uncertain what I wanted my next car to be. I found myself drawn to the new 2015 4-door MINI Cooper and before I knew it he had helped me navigate through the whole car buying process. I have to say buying a car has never been this painless or enjoyable before that day at Braman. That is why I have to highly recommend Patrick and Braman for your future car needs. What a wonderful atmosphere they have created at their dealership. I look forward to returning there for any regular service, too.

Our experience at Braman Mini went from good to better. Robert Sengelmann met us as we were looking at the many and varied Minis. He was very knowledgeable about the stock, the cars, and all of the standard and available features. We worked with Shawn Price to agree on a fair price. He was very open with each of the costs and he worked with us to get us into a Mini at a very reasonable price. Robert gave us a tour of Braman starting with the "Mini Boutique" and finishing with the customer lounge and complimentary cafe. We were treated to lunch while our paperwork was completed. As far as car buying goes, this was painless and actually enjoyable. Having left something in our trade-in, we called Robert for some help. He took care of everything immediately. He even helped us with a few extras upon our return. Robert Sengelmann is a salesman who enjoys his job and truly cares about customer satisfaction.

From start to finish the experience was easy, relaxed and fun. Mellisa was our main salesperson together with Lee Grossman. Both did a superb job of making the experience comfortable and actually fun. Their attention to customer service was wonderful!

After a terrible experience at a local Jeep dealer, I asked my husband to take a look at the new Mini Cooper S. We walked onto the lot at Braman Mini in West Palm Beach and were greeted by Tom Rice. It was our lucky day! Tom was honest, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He made the car buying experience easy. As owing a Mini Cooper has been on my bucket list for over 12 years, I am thrilled to finally be driving my British Racing Green Mini Cooper S! Absolutely love it. My husband and I have been purchasing cars from Braman and from this salesman for a a few years now. All my experiences, whether as a purchaser or while taking my cars in for service or whenever I have questions have been GREAT, exceeding any experiences I've had in the past at other dealerships!!!! Marc Jaffe, our salesman, has always been extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. He spent so much time with me, allowing me to test-drive as many cars as I needed, to make a decision I was totally happy about. I just want to say that my experience this past weekend is the main reason that I keep returning to Braman BMW/Mini. It's not about the cars, well it is, but it's also just as much about how you are treated by the people who work there. That being said, I can't say enough about the effort put forth by Tom Rice and Freddy Rhemrav to meet my needs as a customer. I came in with a specific request that I knew would be difficult and, honestly, which I thought would be impossible to satisfy. After running the numbers on many different scenarios hoping to be able to achieve my ultimate goal--trading in my current vehicle and driving away with a new vehicle at the payment I wanted, we were all almost ready to give up and admit to each other that it wasn't going to be possible, one last ditch effort, which was to consider an entirely different make of vehicle that wasn't even a part of our earlier discussions, is what saved the day. Not only didn't anyone give up working on a deal to get me where I needed to me, Tom is continuing to assist me in ensuring that I get the proper refund due to me related to a payment made through my bank on my old car after signing the paperwork to trade it in.

I've been looking for a Mini since last May when my friend bought a new 2014 and I new I must have one. Over many months I did tons of research and test drives at different dealerships, I never got the car. I decided to drive up to West Palm to check out Braman. After 10 min Tolgar met us on the lot and NOT once made me feel like he was trying to sell me a car, in turn he made me fall in love with the Mini Cooper even more. Non stop above and beyond customer service. We had our dog with us and he never made us feel like we were imposing instead brought water and comfort to our curious little girl searching the inventory of BMW's next door. MY favortie part about Tolgar is his humility and ability to step aside as hes only been there a few months to say "hey Im not sure about a few things Id like my Mgr to speak with you" That in it self made me trust him more because he was being HONEST! You don't often find that when buying a car. Over All the BEST experience Leasing a car I have ever had! Go See Tolgar!

My wife an I, needing run around car, were looking for something fun to drive and economic and had always loved the Mini. In looking for a dealer we found Braman Mini. We decided to make the 100+ mile drive down the coast and were greeted by Gary while browsing the showroom. Gary was friendly, relate-able, and in tune with our needs. Without being overbearing, he was able to show us what was available and helped us feel comfortable with getting a new car. The service, the vehicles and the overall experience were all outstanding. I would suggest Braman Motorcars to anyone looking to lease or buy a new vehicle!

I started as an internet search on the Mini web site and built my ideal Mini Cooper Coupe using the build your Mini platform. Used the review and save feature and sent it off to Braman Mini Dealership on Okeechobee Blvd, West palm Beach. I was contacted by their internet department and we set up an appointment to come to the dealership. Gary Rockoff was my sales associate. We texted back and forth a couple of times to confirm the date and time. On the morning of our appointment we arrived at the dealership and Gary was very cordial and friendly. We reviewed the saved Mini I had loaded onto the website. Gary is a very product knowledgeable person and offered great considerations and advice regarding the choices we had selected. Was more like a good conversation with a new friend than a sales pitch. With the review completed Gary mentioned that he may have a car on the lot that largely fit our wish list. This was a new / used deal, 200 miles on a vehicle that had never been sold or titled. Gary was informative and professional in the comparison discussion from the option list that we had presented and the vehicle that we were looking at. One of the things that I really appreciated was that he did not try to push us into a different model that may have been closer to our option wish list. With that being said we were able to stay on topic and have a comparative discussion pertaining to the model we were interested without distraction. When it came to the test drive Gary proved to be a valuable resource with product and performance knowledge and standards. In addition to being a "Subject matter Expert" Gary was a kind and generous host to both me and my wife at the dealership. There was not much of a negotiation as the price point and options were within line and actually exceeded our expectations. Due to some time constraints we accepted the offer and asked to come pack later in the day to close the deal and pick up the car. Here again Gary was a gentleman and professional, no pressure to hang around and do the deal right now. We ran our errands and returned later that day and the vehicle was ready for delivery, all options agreed to were present and the paperwork was completed just waiting for signature and promised down payment.
