Unreliable warranty/repair shop

Go look in person, highly recommended. Get second opinion from brand expert, I.e. send a Porsche to local Porsche dealer, Audi to Audi Dealer, etc. DO NOT think that their warranty will be upheld, if it goes out of warranty while being “fixed” and you get it back and it breaks, even in the same exact way, they will no longer work on it and you might as well take it somewhere else to be fixed. I would look somewhere that has stellar warranty history or if you do buy here I wouldn’t touch anything with more than 30,000 miles. Oh, and they wrecked my car while they were supposed to be fixing it.

Great Experience

I searched for 6 months before making a purchase. Mancuso’s pricing was extremely competitive and the car was exactly as advertised (if not better). Caleb and Jon were knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience was top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them in the future.

poor service no return email and text massage

About a few times I sent text massage they didn't return my massage at all ,I sent email no one answer that's why I want to give the 0 costumer service very poor

Fantastic Experience!

Top-notch - Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was shopping between a pre-owned Aston Martin and Jaguar F-Type, and Mancuso had the most beautiful and pristine example of the latter (SVR). The entire experience with Caleb was informative, no pressure, and enabled me to make the right decision for what I was after. I couldn't be more appreciative of this dealership and their customer-centric process. Jon is a master at what he does in Finance, and everyone else (including the owner) were so personable and friendly. A seriously amazing place to shop for a car. Thank you for the Jaguar, gentlemen!

Great buying process, but poor quality.

I am a long distance buyer from NJ who purchased a Bentley from Mancuso. I contemplated leaving a review for quite some time since I figured "what's the use?" But I decided it is only fair to give credit where it's due and to point out a few things that I feel are unacceptable. Jon was friendly, attentive, and made the buying experience seamless. For that, I thank him. However upon delivery of the vehicle, there were multiple issues that I discovered which were very disappointing, and frankly, the car should not have been sold in this condition without disclosing to the buyer. None of these issues I am about to list were disclosed to me at any point before, during, or after the sale. First, there is extensive body damage all around the vehicle. Multiple dents, dings, scratches, etc. The wheels are in bad shape, scratched up terribly. The soft-close driver side door is non functional. Brake pads are worn to minimum all around. All 4 tires are dry rotted and essentially hazardous to drive on- just today The front driver side tire split on my while driving (photos to prove it). The parking brake sensor is faulty. The front hood lift supports do not function. The list goes on. Very disappointed in the quality. I made it very clear to Jon before wiring over the funds that I have never purchased a car before, sight unseen. He assured me there were no issues with the car and I trusted his word. Live and learn!

Fantastic Experience, Bought a car!

MOST POSITIVE car buying experience of my life. I've owned or leased eight cars over the past 20 years, I usually dread the process. Not anymore. No hard sell, no pressure, no games. From start to finish- I was assisted in finding the car that I was looking for by Frank, always considerate of both my needs and budget, and John walked me through the process of financing through a much simplified system compared to dealers that are tied to say Ford or GM that have no other options. Everyone there was great and friendly, even the dachshund, Frank Jr "The Closer", made me feel at ease. Friends and family were all impressed by the deal and beautiful Acura I drove home in. I highly recommend Mancuso, I found my car and many others I was interested in on their website, even if you want to drop in and just check out the amazing automobiles on the floor, it's like a museum to horse power and an overall beautiful space.

Great experience!

I live out of state and wanted to trade a car in on a Tesla I saw online. I called Jake and was able to work out my trade in two emails and two phone calls. Everything worked out as planned when I arrived one week and 400 miles later. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated! I will purchase from Jake and Mancuso’s again.

Boutique buying experience

In a sea of impersonal sales experiences, where you're just another figure on their board and they could just as easily forget your name, Mancuso Motorsports rises above. They truly work as a team at this boutique outfit, and you'll get to know each and every one of them by name. It's a young staff, but don't let that deter you from visiting for fear their knowledge of the buying process and professionalism are sub par. It's quite the opposite. Their selection of luxury cars includes some great gems, including mine which I found to be the best kept and superior value for dollar on the market at the time. Jake was a patient salesperson who allowed me to do my dutiful research on the car I bought before making my decision, and did a lot to ensure what wasn't quite right was made right to win the business. Jonathan in finance worked very hard researching to find the right extended warranty for the car, and assured me through patient explanation that I was making the right decision on the policy he found. And when a complication popped up post-purchase to a service that was done on the car under their watch, they didn't hesitate to comprehensively fix the issue. Ultimately, your happiness in an automotive purchase comes down to trust, and trust comes down to the integrity of the individuals you do business with. The staff at Mancuso has integrity in spades.
