Awesome teamwork!! We worked with Kyle and Nelson and could not ask for anything better. No pressure and worked hard to find what we want. We went to three other dealers before Charlie's. Even after stating three times what we wanted, they did not listened to what we want but stir us to vehicles that we did not want! I wished I started with Charlie's. I will need another vehicle for work and will definitely will go back to Charlie's and ask Kyle and Nelson for sales. GOOD JOB KYLE AND NELSON!!!!

The Chevrolet Silverado was our third vehicle purchased from Charlie's family of dealerships. Our only regret is that we didn't find Charlie's sooner! Mike Poulin, our Salesperson was great listening to our needs and finding the right truck. He was right there with follow-up, but not too much. Tom Towle, the General Sales Manager was also very helpful and made us feel like family. Eric Lindholm, the Sales Manager made the closing easy. He said he had been at the dealership many years and it showed! The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure. We'll be back!

We found the salesman, Mike Poulin, to be very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. The negotiating process for a lease versus buy was new for us. As it evolved, we became less satisfied with the lease option, and chose to go with the traditional purchase of the vehicle. The process of determining the trade value was the same process that we have dealt with for several decades with numerous dealers. All said and done, we ended up with a very nice vehicle, and the trade value we desired. We would highly recommend Mike Poulin as a sales contact at Charlie's Chevrolet to our friends and family. We stopped in very close to closing time to just see the vehicles they had online to see what they actually looked like. Jed, the salesman was very helpful and patient. We ended up taking one for a test drive and we ended up purchasing that vehicle. The entire staff was great and made the entire purchasing process very smooth and pleasant.
