Patriot Chevrolet Limerick

I used to be very happy with Patriot and I took my car there for years. I even bought it there. But the last time I brought it in for something simple and they said it needed a new thermostat and everything so I spent $2,000. The next day 2 hours in my car totally broke down. Patriot took no responsibility and said it had nothing to do with what they did the previous day. Now I am in another $6,000 and have been without a car for 2 weeks. The service manager Chris said it wasn't their fault the general manager Pat said it wasn't their fault and treated my husband poorly! even though he never even saw my car or me, or had anything to do me or with the servicing of it. Stay away from Patriot in Limerick

Had a great experience. First timer getting an oil change. From beginning to end I knew what was going on. The after report thru text explains what they did and all was great! great showroom with beautiful classics to look at... also the Starbucks was great!

I was there two times the first time Ben helped me and the second time Erik helped me. They were both very nice answered all my questions and were very helpful. The next time I was there it was on a Saturday.I worked with Erik. I went and got an inspection oil change routine fixes. Erik was very helpful and explained everything. He gave me a clear concise plan of what they were gonna do with the prices. I had no surprises I knew upfront how much everything was gonna be. Both Ben and Erik were the best. They went the extra mile to help me. Excellent customer service service. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of the care I received from both of your employees at Patriot. If there is a customer service award that you can give them please do because they deserve it. Truly!

Please read this honest review from an actual customer/victim. I regrettably purchased a Silverado LT truck from these people and this is how I was mistreated at this 🚩RED FLAG🚩 AWFUL dealership: 1. Executive manager (Rich Egolf aka Eric) said I have mental issues in email after giving them a negative review. He also yelled at me on the phone and I had to block his number. What a HORRIBLE person. 2. Dustin Damiani asked for more money 3 days after the sale was complete that I also have in an email. I never even heard of a so called salesman doing this to a customer. 3. They make you sign a form to wave the 2 day return policy. 4. Dustin only gave me one key fob and said he would get me another but he LIED and did not give me another key fob. 5. They charged me 5k too much for the truck and gave me 5k too little for my trade-in and Insurance guy there also charged me too much. I have filed a COMPLAINT with GM, PA Bureau Office of Consumer Protection, and the BBB about this AWFUL DEALERSHIP and the promises made to me that were broken after the sale because I did not get them in writing. They were shocked what they said and did to me. Google astroturfing and shills and please read all reviews carefully. I am a victim of their predatory practices. I am praying no one else falls victim to these people. SHAME ON YOU!

HI After I purchased my 2023 corvette from Patriot Chevrolet I found out that they added an additional $7000 to my loan without my knowledge. The only way I found out about the additional money on my loan was that I seen it on my credit report.. I never in my whole life time have I ever seen conduct like this from a dealership. If you are looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership I would think twice.
