Bought a Used Acura from Jordan Bailey!

What a great experience! The whole staff was friendly and helpful from Jimmy to Steve but Jordan was outstanding!! He was a true "consultant" and had thorough knowledge of our Acura even though he is a BMW salesman. It was a very quick and pleasant experience and I would HIGHLY recommend you check our Acura BMW for a used car....and ask for JORDAN!

Quick Service

We had a thumping noise on our X-1 coming from from the front passenger side, since we live 200 miles away and only get to Bend every other month or so, called on the way south and they were able to get us right in and solve the problem. I was so impressed at their quick service we had been thinking of a new 328d wagon, and decided to buy it from Kendall this is the second car we have bought here, even though there are several other dealers closer to us, we prefer to go to BMW of Bend not only for service but also to purchase our vehicles from. A big shout out to our service manager Andrew S. and our sale person Jacob W. Great people Great Service.

Wonderful experience!!

My experience with David Koff & Janet Llerandi of Kendall Audi was excellent! David was fantastic on the test drive explaining tech info in a manner that was easy to understand. Janet was wonderful with the sale process & did everything in a friendly, efficient way. I appreciated their expertise & NO pressure assistance. I drove away in a great Audi Q5 with a big smile!

Feel discrimated..

Dakota Rea in the last week Wasn't allowed to use a simple "loaner car" when they allow them for other customers, felt discrimated due to my younger age, they play politics inside their dealership if you provide negative feedback, even with me one of their loyal customers who bought a BMW from them and continued to pay my dues and get my car serviced. Feel let down, and will be going to get service somewhere else.

Audi Bend.

Just picked up a new A5 from Audi Bend. The car is amazing and I couldn't be happier. The sales team at Audi Bend were just as amazing, by far the best experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle.

Stands behind their cars

I purchased a BMW 335i in early November. 3 weeks after purchase the Xenon light controller unit failed. Despite a misunderstanding regarding the warranty status and my having the car repaired at another BMW Dealership, the Service Manager went out of his way to find a way to assist reducing the financial impact of a vehicle failure 3 weeks after purchase. It is not how a dealer treats you when everything is perfect that measures their integrity, but how they respond to and deal with a problem. And for this I give the dealership and particularly the Service Manager 5 stars for his exceptionally customer focused response

Best Experience Ever!

As good as it gets! I hate car shopping....I really do. It's usually one patronizing salesman after another that couldn't care less about me as a client and just really wants the sale. I spent several days going up and down our "auto row" in Portland and couldn't find what I really wanted. I finally settled for something out of state since nothing here was fitting the bill, until a friend told me I had to call Kendall Audi in Bend, OR. (Insert parting of skies and angelic voices here). I was treated with respect, kindness and received top-of-line white glove service the likes of which I have never experienced (and this isn't my first rodeo!) Rick Winner, Steve (the Finance Guy) and Jessica all jumped in with both feet to make my experience second to none. They found me the perfect car, kept it in my budget and delivered it directly to my door with Rick, my sales guy, as an added bonus to walk me through my new car. I mean, who sends the salesman hundreds of miles away to personally walk you through your car? I mean, who does that? Kendall Audi did, that's who. This was an experience that will stay with me for a long time and will be the gold standard for any service business that I deal with in the future. Thank you for everything- you guys were perfectly awesome and deserve far more than the limit of 5 stars Google allows me to give. :)
