Great experience with Passport Mazda

Recently took my CX-9 to have repairs done and they made the experience extremely satisfying. They answered all my questions and even dropped me off to get a rental car, then took it back for me. I received a complimentary car wash and they returned my calls promptly when I contacted them. Mike, the service manager, was very helpful and helped make the process extremely easy.

Service at Passport Mazda.

Service was on time from the time I got there until the time I left. I had a 10:30 appointment and they honor the time I selected. Only had to wait until the service with done. Way to go Passport Mazda!!

Professional and courteous

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The prices were fair and the wait time was reasonable. I plan to continue to have my car serviced at Passport Mazda.

Great service department.

Had work done on my car, very satisfied. Everything was done timely and efficiently. Will go back again next time I need my car serviced

Best auto experience ever

Did the whole deal on line - when I got there I kept waiting for the "gotcha moment" You know like "oh we thought you said your car was AW or it had 50,000miles not 70,00miles etc." Well never happened. They look at my car and said ok just like you told us lets sign the papers. Deal actually ended up about $50.00 less than expected. Most un-stressful auto purchase ever - and In have five kids and pushing age 70 so there have been a lot of car purchases! Mike Gilbert was our sales rep. - the best.

Happy Happy

Passport Mazda exceeded my car buying expectations. This was the most pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle that I have ever had. I love my 2015 Mazda!! Alan, Mark, and Ikia were superb! Without hesitation, I would recommend these folks to anyone. Go see these guys at Passport Mazda, you'll be HAPPY, HAPPY like me!

Dream come true

I went down to the dealership from Baltimore after emailing with the sales manager about a used RX-8. They invited me down on a Sunday when they were open for a few hours. As soon as I arrived I was immediately met by a very friendly, low key salesperson named Mark. Throughout the entire buying process I felt no pressure whatsoever and Mark was amazing to chat with while I was waiting to see what the banks came back with.I have poor credit and was up front about that from the get-go and honestly did not expect to get financed. Not only did the sales manager make a miracle happen by getting me financed, the monthly payment was way more affordable than I thought possible. I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone I met during my buying experience. I will not go to any other dealership when looking for my next vehicle. I went down there pursuing my dream car and they helped me drive away in it. I was almost in tears when they told me I had got bought, I refused to even test drive or go look at the car until I knew if it would be mine. Mark came back at one point and asked again if I wanted to go look at the car, I said no and he told me that I was going to want to go look at the car because they got me approved. It was a moment I will never forget and I cannot thank each person involved enough.

Great Customer Service!

For the first time, I visited the Service Department of Passport Mazda on June 14, 2015, and was quickly taken care of by Mike McNulty. He was terrific, and didn't treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. After explaining the reasons for my visit, Mike had his head mechanic take a short ride with me to hear what I had described. My CX9 was pulled into the service area immediately (w/o an appointment) and shortly thereafter he presented me with a comprehensive list of the repairs I needed along with the cost. Because of the extensive work required, with my okay, my truck was held overnight but he met his promise to make sure that it would be available early on Saturday. When I arrived to pick up my truck, it was being washed. The cost of my repairs were reduced some because Passport had customer coupons that Mike applied to my repairs. It was an extremely pleasant visit.

Mark Bowers is Wonderful!

Excellent Customer Service

Love, Love, LOVE these guys! Mark, Alan and Barry made my purchase sublimely easy and hassle free. When I changed my mind a month later, they helped make that transaction equally as pleasant. Mark is an absolute darling, Alan went the extra mile for me and all were professional, genuine, enthusiastic and provided excellent customer service. Thanks so much gentlemen!
