buying a 2016 Buick Encore

I came to Kunes for a minor repair on my 2014 Cadillac SRX. While waiting I looked over a 2016 Buick Encore on the showroom floor, test drove one on the lot, worked out the finances with the salesman, and drove home a new car.

Codie was Great! But...

I give an overall rating of below average because never have i been treated like crap by someone who wants my money. Codie was amazing she did everything she could for me in the less than desirable situation i came upon. i wanted to look at a truck.. Codie found out that it was in the next city over and they were driving it over, i was ok with waiting the 30 minutes to do so. then we started talking about financing , and then the financial dude whatever his name was, came by and gave me a line of crap about my finances and how i wouldn't be able to get the payment i needed a month, well i left after that.. but if he keeps his attitude that way this place will go under by upsetting people. i will never return. and i advise anyone going in to be wary about their financial guy... do some research on your own finances too because thats how you will catch his bull crap.

Poor service

Makes customer do all paperwork. Beware after paying thousands may not get title and get a damaged vehicle office does not know how to do job and managers are unprofessional

terrible dealership

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart from Kunes Country in Macomb, IL. The salesman Dennis Miller and the Manager were unknowledgeable about the vehicles and the process in trading in a vehicle as well as buying a new vehicle. The title work and paperwork were not processed properly. I had to contact the State of Illinois to get my paperwork corrected and I was given a dumb excuse from the dealership about why I had not received my title. I have worked in dealerships in the past and it is unacceptable to not file correct paperwork and cause problems for a buyer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

Excellent service

I stopped in to check on a car that I really liked and Mike Dennis helped me to get a good deal. I walked out with my new car the same day! I will be sending my friends and family to Kunes for their next autos.
