Was a 5 star experience up until I showed them another car that was a better price and lower mileage. They brought out the guy I has to talk to to discuss price. I showed him the listing from Tom Gray auto in Louisville. Before he even looked at the listing, he stated it wasn't as nice as there's. Well, I have visited both lots and can vouch that they were both in great condition. When I stated that he stormed off pouting and said "we're done here!" The most unprofessional business transaction I've ever been through and I'm 40 years old. I'd urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere to purchase a vechicle.

So I bought a car here staff was mostly friendly except for an extreme sense of narcissism coming off every person in that place. And not only that they withheld information about the cars they sell real scam artist at work.

We were lied to, then told that we imagined what we were told and that "cars break down" . The man who talked to use like to use the word hon, while making it clear to me he thinks I am to dumb to understand his slimy remarks. Don't trust them, they use God's name to appear like good honest people!

Very professional and knowledgeable.They really listen to you and care about helping you purchase a new or used vehicle. I reccommend this business without hesitation.

Did not hear back from dealer. Dealer never responded. This is not good customer service. Wondering why someone would join a service and then not respond to a customer.

We bought a KIA that blew up before we got the tags. Wasn't blaming Jeffrey's but they were aggressive thinking we were. Won't be back!

I would avoid this dealership if possible. I’ve been twice and both times information about the vehicles was withheld from me. I recently bought a truck from them and the owner seemed very helpful and cooperative. However, he did not know much about the truck which had been sitting at the lot for months; this was suspicious. The truck had some problems that the mechanic fixed, which I was very thankful for. He told me the problem with the check engine light had been fixed. However, after it came back on and after taking it to a mechanic, I was told that I was sold a vehicle with many problems. Yes, I did buy the truck as-is. However, after the mechanic had pointed out the problems (a broken speaker cover, a broken dash bezel (which had been covered by a dashboard cover), a chemical sealing treatment in the coolant, and an engine thermostat that had been worked on and messed with) I realized that this information had been withheld from me. This dealership hid this information from me, someone who doesn’t know much about cars, and covered up the major flaws of the vehicle just to make a sale. This business, supposedly a “Christian” or religious place of business, seemed friendly and helpful but really swindled and duped me. Now I have a vehicle that I paid too much for with major issues that I’m sure the dealership and mechanic knew about. I would be very cautious about looking at vehicles here

Tried to buy a vehicle from this dealer on several different occasions none of them successful they do not have financing for everybody No matter what your credit rating is

We had a wonderful time and was able to pick out a car and buy it in a quick and efficient manner. Service was excellent and the people were kind.

Very friendly staff! They all helped us in every way they possibly could have and more. From front desk to financial help and in between, they were all awesome!
