Not to be trusted. I had been in contact with Lepages for over a week to confirm the day I would buy the car. I drove 45 miles to find out the dealer sold out the car from under me.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Very disappointed BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a 2014 expedition el limited from lepage. I had a great experience until the end. I agreed to a deal that traded in two vehicles and cash for the expedition. Per terms of our agreement they were to provide new 20” tires and replace both rocker panels, along with some touchup paint. I was contacted that they ordered new tires and got me upgraded tires even because they were on sale. I was also contacted it would be another week because they had to order an additional rocker panel for replacement, which I also paid extra for. What I received was a rim switch with used 18” tires, and repaired rocker panels not replaced. I have been claimed to be a liar from the salesman Dave and the owner Mark. Meanwhile the rims that are supposed to be on my vehicle are now on an F150 in their lot, I have used tires and repaired rocker panels. I picked the truck up in the pouring rain and trusted that these people were different and cared. They are not and do not care about people in a pandemic when we should be pulling together and showing compassion and doing the right thing when it is agreed upon not bait and switching and scam tactics hiding behind a contract, not providing receipts for work to be done. This is a colossal hurt and stress we are a blue collar single income family this vehicle was purchased for my wife and 3 small girls. I wanted to provide a nice vehicle that was fixed properly. This is no example of standing behind your word and providing the customer with what they paid for.

A very nice experience
I found a nice used Honda CR-V at Lepage’s through the USAA car buying service. The entire purchase was easy, above board and hassle free. Dave was a pleasure to work with. No hesitation at all when I asked if I could take the car to my mechanic for a look over before buying. I’d recommend Lepage’s without any doubt to family and friends. Thanks Dave!

Problems
I took delivery of my car 12 months ago. Since then, I have replaced the brake pads, power steering pump, ac compressor, radiator fan, condenser fan, spark plugs and serpentine belt. Flushed the coolant, power steering, brake fluid and fuel injectors. I'm currently at over 1,700 dollars in parts and labor is just over 1,000 dollars. I used Lemon Squad (stay away) to perform an inspection and they told me it was in decent shape and told me about minor things wrong with the car. My mechanic told me the only thing he can see they performed was a cheap set of front brake pads. Not the rear as they needed replacement but that would have required replacing a brake line that I had to buy in addition to all of the parts I have currently purchased. Lepage's has service bays and I know they had to see some of the problems with the car but chose to push it on down the line. In addition to my problems my spare tire was flopping around in my trunk which required more repairs to secure it to eliminate the noise it made when I drove over bumps. If you like a car they have for sale get it inspected and have a guarantee from the inspector.

Great place
This is a great place to buy a car. The people here are pleasant and fair, with a great desire to do better business. After just a few minutes on the lot I knew I wanted to buy a car here. Their service shop is great too.

Terrible experience; never again - Buyer(s) Beware
My Son was encouraged by my Father and I to shop and buy from LePage's. We had previous combined dealings with them in the past and believed they knew, stood by and "went through" their cars. It was the one place in that area we would consider and encouraged him to buy form them. Turns out, they buy cars from auction like everyone else and clean them up - put them out, like the others. Seems the old days are gone. Our recent experience was a terrible one and one that will have long lasting affects for my Son; unfortunately. If you have the time; please do read on. We spent 14k on a 2007 nice looking Ford F150. It turns out it was auctioned 6x. (As we later discovered) After having it for 2 months; it started to have engine issues. We brought it back- were shuffled off with Mystery Oil additive. It shortly thereafter blew the first engine. The truck subsequently went through 4 engine's and 5 months of BS and delays. Yes - 4 engines! Mark did provide a car for my son to use - but each one of those had issues also and needed to be returned at one time or another. On top of it, he subbed the work out. My son paid $14k for this piece of junk. Made 4 payments of $360 per. Paid $1500 for this 5 month repair that never worked right. And $1k to put the junker on the road. Finally, a week or so ago, after several difficult discussions, multiple trips and and follow ups - holding our tongue trying to get the thing back - w e did get it back with a re-manufactured engine in it. And yes; two days in it was not running right again. We took it to another mechanic and all 8 cylinders were mis-firing. Brought it back - again; they did something to it - said was running fine and the owner called my son and tore through him. Would not let him borrow another car while they actually looked into the issue; yet again - but rather actually yelled at him and told him to bring it back. My kid is 19. I called to discuss getting some of the money back- he said he's gone above and beyond and could have done nothing and the conversation was over. Now, I do agree. He (as could all NH dealers) need not offer any warranty. They do not have to replace engines. they do not have to give loaners. True. He did do that. However, we also gave him $1500. Had it for next to no time, and this was certainly more than a comedy of errors that is unusual and likely would stand up in court. We took the car right to another dealer, traded it in, took a huge loss and got (Owed $12,900 - paid $17 for another truck and had to give $8500 plus the trade to get there; so we lost $5500 + $1500 + 4 payments + 2 sets of on the road reg. taxes, etc...) It will take the kid a while to recover from this mistake; don't put yourself at risk to make the same one. This could have been a fluke; initially - but 4x & 5 mo's....is no fluke... We asked if we could return it work something out; and the answer was that we would have to take trade value of a car with a replaced engine. Unreal. Buyer beware - a few miles down the road is MA where there are lemon laws and warranty's. Don't let your kid be subject to the same trap we did. It's not worth it! And after this ordeal; we will never suggest, support nor buy anything from LePage's auto nor any auto affiliated with those people ever again. It simply was not right. Terrible - and given the multitude of loaners off the lot we borrowed, that needed to be returned and/or were broken or broke down and needed to be towed - my guess is not much there is worth your risk. Thank you for your time; we hope this saves someone form a future nightmare!
