My family was in desperate need of a vehicle and we were turned down by everyone one else in the valley based on our credit. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Dean actually listened to what we had to say and got us in the vehicle we wanted. It didn’t feel like we were talking to a salesman it felt like we were talking to a friend. Rich had all our paperwork ready within minutes of us agreeing upon terms which is unheard of at a dealership. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone who’s in a similar situation and has been told no numerous times. Don’t give up they’ll get you taken care of!

I was in need of a new car and found that Rich’s Cars ‘n Credit was close by. I had heard that they were very helpful with selling you a car with low or no credit. When I got there I asked what I could get with a x amount down payment for someone with no crdit. Dean gave me a range of years and prices to take a look at. They had a good variety of cars trucks and SUV’s. I was given a license plate and was told I could drive whatever I wanted.I was told I could take my time and if I had any questions or concerns I could ask anything whenever. They were really helpful and I was able to get a great car for a great price.
