The vehicle I came in to look at was advertised as a 1 owner no accident vehicle, it turns out it had three owners and one accident. They handed me the car fax so they weren't hiding it, but it was not what was advertised. Still tried to buy the vehicle but they wouldn't reduce the price so we couldn't make a deal.

The salesman was very helpful and drove me to the mechanic's place of business and waited while he went over my future purchase . He also picked me up at my house when I decided to purchase the car. Being a recent widow and never having to make a decision on my own he and the dealership put my mind at ease and took care of the paperwork.
