This is one of those times I'd love to give no stars. STEER CLEAR OF THESE DISHONEST HUMANS. They want your $$ and will find a way to get it because their cars are garbage. We are actually selling our used Genesis as a direct result of this crap dealer. We filed a warranty claim pretty much immediately after buying our Genesis but the dealer near us closed (go figure, their customer service was about as good as this place). But all the while we were assured our claim would be under warranty due to when we filed it. This dealer "can't access" warranty claims, fine, but they literally talked my husband into doing a diagnostic for something we already knew. And now they're charging us an arm and a leg to tell us what is wrong with the car-which we ALREADY knew. He was confused by what they were asking. We aren't repairing it, I'm ready to toss this car out with the trash (Genesis G80), but they are literally charging us for the ten minutes it took them to look at the issue we already know exists. I would never in a million years go back to this place or buy a Genesis.

I purchased a Kia Sorento from Chet out of the Fitzgerald Used Auto Mall and my experience was one of the most SMOOTHEST and STRESS free purchases I’ve had buying a car!. Chet went above and beyond to ensure I chose the perfect car that was right in my price range and safe for my children. Customer service was 5 stars and everyone working there was so pleasant!

I would like to thank Chet and his staff for working with me on the purchase on my ford escape. Chet took the time to meet with me and my dad on a Sunday to sit down and work with me on a great deal. As is the case with most people, car shopping is not on my list of favorite things to do but my current car was not reliable, so I had to start the car search process. I had not purchased a car in 10 years, so it was a bit of sticker shock in today's market. After reviewing what was available on the internet, I ventured out to the local car dealerships. My first stop was at Fitzgerald Outlet Center on Highway 19 in Clearwater, Florida where salesperson Joe Mozzone showed me the current inventory and described the Fitz way of doing business (upfront about all fees and no surprises at checkout). I did see a Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in for which Joe gave me the details of the car. Being that this was my first stop, I left to view other dealerships in the area. After going in and out of all the local dealerships, I realized the best car and price I saw was at my first stop, Fitzgerald Outlet Center so I went back there. it was a little late in the day and it was a Saturday. I took another look at the car and took a test drive with Joe and decided this is the car for me. I had explained my credit situation and they were able to work with me to get a decent interest rate and to get my check payment processed even though they couldn't get bank verification due to the lateness in the day on Saturday but they took my word and processed the payment. As stated in the initial talk,there were no hidden fees at checkout. The staff stayed well after hours on Saturday for me to complete the deal whcih was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe Mozzone and the Fitzgerald Outlet Center.

We can't say enough about happy we are with our recent buying experience at the Fitzgerald Used Car Outlet. Their entire staff was friendly and helpful and Joe Mozzone did a great job of guiding us through the purchase. We had heard good things about Fitzgerald's transparency policy and we experienced it first hand. The price was the price and there were no b.s. add on fees or upsell tactics. We knew what we wanted and we got it. Joe and Fitzgerald's certainly earned our trust and if you're in need of a car in the Clearwater area, you won't be disappointed in visiting Fitzgerald's.

Joe Mozzone, Was very helpful and never rushed us on our decision. We had just been in an accident days before and our vehicle was totaled. We didn't think we would be looking for a new vehicle around Christmas. I had leased vehicles from Fitzgerald before but now I was looking for a low mileage used vehicle. We found that vehicle and was pleased with the price and appearance. The vehicle looked like it had just come of the show room floor. Very happy with the financing agents and their detail in making sure we understood all of the paperwork and warranty. Thanks for making a stressful situation into a great buying experience.
