Our salesman, Travis Nelson was a delight to work with while making the purchase of my daughter's first car. The promises from the dealership to honor the refer a friend bonus fell through even though we followed up several times with Travis and the dealership Manager. Everybody blamed somebody else and my friend never received her "referral check" as promised.

An overall great experience! Will return for my next vehicle. I've already recommended this family of dealerships to friends. Great job Kelly Mitsubishi! Five star service!

I was very appreciative that the Sales staff still had the showroom open on Sat. Nov. 2nd after 6PM to see the new Mirage. It was also great that the Sales staff allowed me to test drive the car and then pick up the car I orderded within my own time frame and not have pressure to drive home a car the same night of the test drive. I would recommend anyone looking for a good deal on a used car to go to Kelly in Emmaus. They have a big selection with cheap prices. My salesman's name was Travis. If you go ask for him and he will treat you right. Three months after I bought my car he called to thank me and remind me about my oil change. Thanks, Mr D

Don was absolutely wonderful. Speaking as someone young,knowing little of what buying a car dealer financed all entailed; he made sure I understood everything before he would let me sign anything. He was patient, extremely helpful, and didn't give the sleazy car salesman pitch. I really felt he was more about me getting the best for the best cost instead of just making a sale. I was more then comfortable and very sure I had made the right choice by the time of signing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. No xx just a real guy who put my best interest before just making a sale.

My parents referred me to Robert , because they had bought a new Mitsubishi from him. I and my parents explained to Robert that this would be the first car that I was buying with my money. I am young only 20. Robert was so kind to me and seemed to be genuinley concerned that I found what I liked and could afford. He even found me a less expensive insurance policy with more coverage. All said it took a little while because we walked threw 3 used car lots at the Kelly Dealership , and I ended up buying the first call that he orginally showed me. When I apologized for making him do all that walking for nothing he turned to me and said with a smile, " It wasn't for nothing it was to find you the right car." " Besides walking is good it keeps me in shape" I my mother and father really like Robert's attitude and knowledge of his profession. Most of all he is not lazy this man seems to be very motivated. With all said I and my parents and eventually my brother will be back in the future to see Robert, and I will refer my friends to him and Kelly. Thanks Robert nice car great experience and a nice man.

One of the things we appreciated about Rob when we came to the lot was we weren't sure what car we wanted. Robert showed us every car we asked to look at and or we're interested in,no pressure . We honestly didn't expect to purchase a car that day but thanks to Rob and their great finance team Sandy got Tom and I a great price and Robert got two happy customers and repeat customers.
