Looking for one; came home with two
Came in to look for a commercial work van and ending buying the van AND a car for the wife. Had a great experience. Fast. Simple. Excellent showroom. Very personalized service.

MARK HARRIS
Just took delivery of a 2014 Escalade from Net Motorcars. Dealt with Chris. He made this transaction as smooth as possible. Had me driving home within a half hour. Beautiful indoor facility with a huge selection of nice cars. I highly recommend this dealership.

Impossible Poor Interaction
I began initial discussions of price on a 2010 Vehicle. The Black Book value was ~$13k; they were asking $14.5. A soon as I mentioned Black Book, the guy says "Black Book can't sell you a car" and just hung up the phone. What the idiot on the phone doesn't realize is that I may have been able to approach the $14k figure. But his absolute rudeness means the now, not only will I not buy that car, but I'll never approach that dealership again for so much as a stick of gum. I may even go online, get on Yelp and pile onto the numerous reviews that say what a lousy dealership this is and that you would do better thing your business elsewhere. What a moron... You're not just selling a car, Stupid, you're selling the dealership.

Rude and Unfriendly
After a week of emails and inquiries using the dealer's Contact Us feature, finally got someone to answer. First impression - what a bunch of jerks. Their prices are astronomically high compared to KBB and NADA Fair Value guides. They aren't willing to negotiate at all and if you bring up the fact they are overpriced, they become rude and dismissive. If you're looking for a fair and friendly car buying experience, avoid this place.

Red Flags and Insults
Contacted Nick about an SL 550. The market price was $21,000 and they were asking $25,400. I was told that the prices were non-negotiable. Fine. I asked what made the car so valuable. I was told they picked the very best cars and thoroughly inspected them for quality. That made sense. Given that the car was priced for perfection, I asked to have my own mechanic inspect it and was told they are not insured to allow independent inspections. RED FLAG. I was assured that they have a very impressive facility and do their own inspections and do what ever needs to be done to be "front row ready". I asked to see the inspection. Crickets. I asked again. I was told that I would be very impressed with the car and to come down and see it. OK, so I am not going to see the inspection, evidently. I asked what repairs they did to the vehicle following the detailed inspection. I was told they only CHANGED THE OIL. RED FLAG. When I asked if their 15 day 500 mile warranty would cover any major repairs or unperformed maintenance items when I did get it inspected, I was texted “Maybe you buy new car LOL”. RED FLAG. I walked away from a car designated “OVER-PRICED” on Cars.com not because it was priced too high but because they seemed uncomfortable having their “front row cars” independently inspected, they dodged question and became insulting when pressed. Would have loved this car but I got a shady vibe out of my conversation with Nick my salesmen.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience and this Salesperson was not accurate in relaying information about independent inspections. Any customer can opt to have any vehicle inspected by an individual of their choosing before making the decision to purchase. Our vehicles are sent to an independent ASE mechanic and inspected before being made available for sale. The repairs performed on each vehicle vary based upon it's condition, but we strive to deliver a product that would attain a five star review, both in terms of the product purchased as well as the buying experience. The quality of the reviews we have received are testimony to the quality of the vehicles we have, as well as the satisfaction of our customers. Every vehicle sold in the State of Illinois has a 500 mile, 15 day warranty, covering the major components of the vehicle, and of course we stand by this as well. Our vehicles are priced based upon several factors, including the demand for the vehicle, it's condition and our competitor's pricing for similar vehicles. Unfortunately, pricing placed on cars by websites do not reflect current market conditions and is a constant source of frustration for both car dealers and car shoppers. I want you to know the experience you had with the Salesperson is not reflective of what you should have received. The Salesperson you referred to is no longer employed by Net Motorcars, and we have reiterated our company policies regarding the items you addressed to our existing staff, and I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Boss 302
Found a 2012 Boss 302 on Cars.com that Net Motorcars had. Made the trip from Grand Rapids MI to Illinois and was not disappointed. Car was as advertised and in great shape. These are limited cars, so documentation is important. They had all the goodies, poster, book, dvd, everything that came with the car. Nick the Salesman and I got the deal done easily. They shipped the car to me back in Michigan for next to nothing. Great experience. If they have something your interested in, give them a shout. The communication is great!
