Lies, lies and lies. False advertisements with changing sale price after making deposits and then salesman telling lies about additional fees and added charges. Agreed to one price and monthly charge then somehow almost 100 dollars more a month. When canceling unwanted extended warranty they then cancele my gap insurance. Fraud and decivers at this dealership.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The sales associate Rusty Ellis was so helpful and made you feel like you had known him forever. He was so helpful with any questions or concerns I had. His assistant Kathy was also the best! I loved how they would follow up with videos and even sent me a Happy Birthday wish after the purchase. From the moment we walked into the dealership they made us feel so welcome.

1st time purchasing with Tim Short Redmond, they had what I was looking for and it was as advertised. Helped me out on switching the seats to leather and it was the Katskin brand wich is very good. David Jones was the salesman I worked with and he did GREAT, all staff were freindly also. Will definetly shop here again.

Came from out of town to purchase a car that we had been looking to buy for a couple of weeks. The staff was very helpful and outgoing. Sales manager and finance team were very polite, making sure anything we needed was taken care of. Our salesman Greg was great, and he was really down to earth. He made the process so easy; he even drove to our home over an hour away just so we could sign the paperwork. The whole team went above and beyond to appreciate us. Definitely will be a customer for life.
