Everyone was so kind and helpful to me today.

Everyone was so kind and helpful to me today. There was snow on the ground and I didn't want to walk in it due to the fact that I fell on the ice two weeks prior. I was allowed to drive my car into the garage which I appreciate. Greg Kyler and his team/technicians were there to replace my broken car horn. I have been to Legacy four times since last fall and I have received very courteous service.

I wish I could leave zero stars.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had with trying to buy a vehicle. I have a 740 credit score and I owe two payments left on my 2023 Tahoe that is actually in great condition. I had a huge down payment on my tahoe that I purchased which led to a very short payoff time. I simply wanted something with less gas mileage! I was told by the salesperson I would get my tahoe paid off and still be able to keep my 640 a month payment. That was a lie. they told me they would give me 1200 for my 23 tahoe with less than 50k miles on it!!! I was offered 5k from the dealership down the road!!! The SUV I was looking at was marked up $8k above what a good comission price would be! These people claim to be christians?? I seriously believe the only reason they go to church is to make a good name for themselves. Tyson is liar, the saleswoman is a liar, they are crooks!!!!!! I recommend shopping at a buy here/pay here place over legacy!!!!

LEGACY SURVAY

DID NOT HONOR MY MANAFACURING RECALL FOR SERVICE FOR ONE OF MY CARS. however THEY DID OFFER ME A FREE DIAGNOSTIC ON ANOTHER CAR. they STILL HAVE MY HEAD GASKET FOR.

Terrible experience

They rotate the tires on my Dodge ram they stripped the threads on the lugs they destroyed the nuts And peel the chrome caps for the wheels then they just got my truck out of the shop, I called a supervisor which came out to see the problem they told me they are not going to pay for it and they will give me a call to maybe replace the wheel cup cover Which they did, And all this from a tire rotation that I never asked for I was just there for an oil change.

I didn’t end up buying my car here but they were very helpful and gave me lots of good information. I would for sure recommend going to them if you are ever looking for a new vehicle or just want some help shopping around!

Legacy is the worst dealership ever

This dealership lies to sell cars. Then when something goes wrong it's the customers fault. I challenge this dealership to tell the truth for once.

Well, the truth is, Mr. Rocha bought a very nice truck, promised to put $3500 down and never paid. We are currently trying to collect. Unfortunately, this customer has wrecked and damaged the vehicle and is attempting to return it to the dealership. We have offered to help with the vehicle repairs, even though the factory warranty declined the repairs due to customer abuse. This is very unfortunate. Legacy Auto Center will go above and beyond for our customers. We always try to help when we can.

Took 13 Ram in for computer glitch. AC fan quit. Was told needed $490 part $210 Labor. No courtesy car Half day gone. Call Lopp Motors at dodge city service Mgr. Told me diagnosis didn’t sound right. To come home unhook battery and reset computer. After doing that Ac fan started working immediately. I asked Legacy service guy if they tried unhooking battery. Someone lied and said yes. Either technician or service guy. Do not go there. Saved $700 calling a good dealership free of charge. Going to get my $48 service fee back from owner
