Thank you for your feedback, Roger. I understand that your experience at Lithia Buick GMC of Beaverton was not what you expected, particularly with the overcrowded lot and the lack of engagement from our team. I appreciate your insights and encourage you to reach out to me directly so I can discuss this with you further and improve your future visits. Thank you for considering us, and we hope to have the opportunity to better serve you next time. Sincerely, Eric Lovejoy, General Sales Manager
Great people to work with before, and during the purchase
Great people to work with before, and during the purchase of a vehicle - afterwards, not so much. Completely pushed off with zero support or care when I had issues with the vehicle the same day I bought it. Worst of the worst in as far as the 'stereotypical' used car salesmen mentality, and flat out lied to me stating the car had several months left on the original manufacturers warranty, only to find out once I got back home and needed to follow up with the local dealer here that the warranty had expired. They literally had showed me a document showing 5 or 6 months left, but in actuality it was expired. After I had test-drove the vehicle and mentioned the tire pressure light was on, they said they'd air them up. I found out after that the pressure was supposed to be 35 psi, and they had set them to over 60!!! I tried multiple times to contact them after and they've never responded, returned any messages, and after texting the salesperson, they said they'd have someone call, and never did. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle in that area, do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

I had a fantastic experience working with Michael
I had a fantastic experience working with Michael Gutierrez at Beaverton Buick. From the moment I contacted him, he was incredibly helpful and made the entire car-buying process smooth and easy. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right packages for my car. One of the things I really appreciated was how he took the time to set up my car with my phone, making sure everything was connected perfectly before I left. His professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience!

This place will try to deceive you to their best ability.
This place will try to deceive you to their best ability. From start to finish they acted like I was burden to bring them my business. This review is to make future buyers aware of what they’re getting into before making the trip to find out the hard way on how they conduct business. I had to fight for them to fill the gas tank. Truck was filthy, they didn’t vacuum or wash the truck. Bed was full of debris that I had to scrap off with flat head. The only reason they agreed to fill tank was the alignment was off which they tried to deny. Clean inside and out and full tank of gas have been standard at every dealership I’ve dealt with. Is the dealership doing that bad where they can’t afford to wash and fill the tank on their used car sales? Was poor customer service all around Looked at buying a lightly used rental truck. Truck had rust and body/paint damage. Came from out of state to take a look and they did not disclose rust on the engine frame and drive shaft that I specifically asked about. Also was more body damage than disclosed when getting info prior to coming to look at it. They said truck came from Portland but had to be on the coast to have that amount of rust with under a year of use and under 20k miles. They gave me a small discount ($200) while raising the sticker price from the posted internet price. They had a different price than the quoted internet price when I arrived. Financing made me wait an hour to finish paperwork and was disgusted and rude about me declining an extended warranty. Financing also didn’t offer any term lengths besides 72 months and I have great credit. They charge $1000 for licensing, which I talked with dmv and it was $650 for all of it. When I asked for that broken down they said it was standard. I asked again and they dismissed me. They wouldn’t let me take care of the dmv paperwork myself. So they have a hidden fee of $350 to send info to DMV. Called to mention my experience and Leo said he wouldn’t mention it to management because “it would make him look bad.” This place is a joke and will do their best to screw you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Jon. Our team did their best to accommodate your parameters for the initial deal by discounting the vehicle well below any advertised price for it. We also provided you with the information about the issues that you mentioned in your review during our initial dealings about the vehicle. We do not have any hidden fees; licensing charges are standard for any purchase, and we make sure to disclose these charges. For out of state buyers can have different fees that vary by county, and we do our best to present these accurately. If we collect anything extra, it is always refunded back to the customer or their lienholder. When you called in about the issues you mentioned and mentioned making a poor review, I was notified, and I offered my email and direct number to you so we could discuss these issues. However, I did not receive any communication after providing my contact information. I am still more than happy to discuss these issues with you. Feel free to reach out to me directly at your convenience. Sincerely, Eric Lovejoy General Sales Manager
I brought my SUV in for a repair on 11/19/24.
I brought my SUV in for a repair on 11/19/24. Josh Baldwin, the service manager, was very proactive communicating with me via text on the diagnosis, estimated cost to repair, and estimated time to repair. Their technician made a video showing and explaining where the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Their entire service process felt open and honest, unlike other dealers' service departments I've dealt with.

I bought a new GMC 3500 Danali Ultimate Truck from Buick
I bought a new GMC 3500 Danali Ultimate Truck from Buick GMC of Beaverton. I live in Bremerton WA and initially tried to purchase the truck from my local dealer. After a bad experience I contacted Buick GMC of Beaverton and was able to purchase the same vehicle for $10,000 less, with more options, than I could from my local dealer. For me, it was worth the savings to drive the three hours to Beaverton to get my truck and ended up saving $10,000 over my local dealer. When I initially contacted Buick GMC of Beaverton, I talked to Ryan in Sales and we worked out the details of the sale. We even handled my trade-in with ease. Ryan was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions quickly. Once the details were worked out, he kept me informed during the entire process, since the truck was on the way from the manufacture. When I drove from Washington to Oregon (3hrs) to pick up the truck, they had all of the paperwork completely done. The only thing I had to do was sign my name on the paperwork. It has to be the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased, and I was from out of state. I also worked with Jay on the financial side and he was also stellar. He bent over backwards to make sure my needs were met and I didn't have any issues. From my perspective, if your contemplating buying a GM product, you should contact them first. You'll be surprised on how much you can save, even if you are from out of state like me. This will give you a chance to compare the prices against your local dealers. My entire experience was outstanding and I will keep them in mind for the next vehicle I buy.

Tried to get our numbers figured out over the phone since
Tried to get our numbers figured out over the phone since it was a 10hr drive back and forth, seemed like it was a done deal. At the dealership they stated I misrepresented my trade even though I sent them pictures for them to review. Texted Navid the salesman and his response was, “I asked you if there was issue” responded no since I understood mechanical since they had detailed pictures. I figure since the drive was far they felt they could change my trade number and I would just say agree to it.

If I could give a 0 score I would.
If I could give a 0 score I would. I am a woman of color and was disrespected and discriminated against by one of their salesmen, Alexander. I had been in to the dealership once to look at and test drive the car. He was nice at first. I told him I would think about the car and get back to him. After that, our communication was strictly through text messaging. I texted him my offer price for the car: 1) he didn’t like my offer and said he would not take my offer to his sales manager. When I told him I found other dealerships with same car same everything, year, package, miles, etc., but priced lower, he wanted proof. So I sent him the links of these cars from other dealerships. He criticized my efforts and picked apart everything about the cars and those other dealers. I told him then that I would just move on and purchase the car elsewhere. 2) Alexander said that if I come back in and want to discuss pricing he was sure his managers would move on the price a bit if I was ready to buy. I replied that I WAS ready to buy, but I would just go elsewhere to purchase a car. 3) Then Alexander accused me of be too cheap and I quote Alexander: “ you thought you could find this car cheaper elsewhere to justify a massive discount but you were wrong. And now behaving as a child would, you are suddenly ready to buy elsewhere.” I cannot believe this! Alexander was so rude, disrespectful, condescending, and definitely unprofessional. Is this the type of people this dealership chooses to represent them. Do they not care about their reputation or customer satisfaction? I just said “ I’d go elsewhere”. I didn’t expect to be hit with such belittling and disrespectful remarks for choosing to go somewhere else. And as if he thought I would do any further business with Beaverton Buick GMC, he continued with if I was going to move forward with purchasing a car from them I would have to speak to another salesperson, Leo, whom he “just filled in”. Then Alexander gave me Leo’s number and told me: “Unless you’re sitting in our dealership, ready to buy, he will not be discussing pricing with you. If you want a discount, you can do it with Leo in-person.” As if I would waist my time with anyone from their dealership after this treatment. Is it the fact that I’m a woman that he thinks I can be treated in this manner or is it because I’m a woman of color? And I tried yesterday to report this unpleasant and disrespectful interaction to the dealership’s manager but I kept getting the runaround. Persistence got me in touch with the voicemail of Eric Lovejoy. So I left a message but haven’t heard back. Please Do Not Buy from Buick GMC of Beaverton. And as you can see from other low scores for this store, I’m not the only one to have issues with this dealership and I didn’t buy a car from them.
