Since buying our Kia in 2024, we have visited this

Since buying our Kia in 2024, we have visited this dealership for service. Nancy provided excellent service before and after getting the car service. All the personnel at this dealership were friendly and helpful. We will continue to go to Sterling Kia to get our vehicle serviced.

On 1-15-25, I took my car in for a very simple item to be

On 1-15-25, I took my car in for a very simple item to be fixed. I needed the plastic covering over the steering wheel column to be replaced. Kia Sterling fixed this but then created a whole host of other issues. Two minutes after driving it off the lot, the doors wouldn’t lock and after removing the keys from the ignition, the car would continuously beep, thinking the keys were still in. I took the car back in the next day to get fixed and they told me it would cost 370 dollars to install a new ignition. After a couple days, I went back for a third time to pick up my car and find even issues. The wipers don't work, the blinkers don't work, and the windshield is cracked down the middle. The more they work on my car, the worse it becomes! I don’t understand how they can say the car is fixed and hand it back to the customer with so many things not working properly. I don’t trust the service department/technicians at all and will definitely not take my car there again.

Jimmy was the best!

Jimmy was the best! i am a college student who was looking to buy a car and was so kind and helped me through the whole process. Never once made me buy or add one something i didn’t want and helped me find the exact car i wanted! Still checks in to make sure the car is running nice which makes the experience a 10/10!!
