Trash service department. The service manager Chris will act like he cares but will only lie and deceive. They believe it’s okay to allow a vehicle that’s new to have a loose front end.

Great service and sales departments
We have been using Harr for buying our vehicles and providing repairs when needed. They have always done a great job and provided fast professional service. Brian in service and Adrian are always very helpful.

Made an appointment to see a vehicle and drove over an hour to get there only to be told that the vehicle I had an appointment to see was sold hours before I arrived and nobody had the decency to call. To make matters worse while there I requested a price for my trade and what they offered was a joke and an insult. Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Outstanding Service
Renee and Adrian took amazing care of our family. We had such a great sales experience that we decided to buy 2 cars instead of just the one we were intending to buy.
