Great service at Victory Ford.

The staff have always been great and explained what needed to be done and what could wait. Any issues have always been resolved quickly. Only place I take our Edge.

John Hannah in service did an outstanding job taking care of the repairs to my car. He's very Professional, Courteous and makes you feel comfortable. His customer service is outstanding. Thank You!

Yay! Timely and Pleasant

When I couldn't unlock my driver side door I panicked. I immediately called Victory Ford and talked to Michael Toll. He said bring it in. He was so pleasant. Later he called to tell what was wrong and the cost. When I picked my car up, he treated me with respect. When I need service I will ask for him.

F-150 pickup 2008 service

Service tech Jeff Johnson was very helpful. We talked about future service I would like done a little later ' I like victory because I feel I can trust them

Excellent service

I moved to KC first of April from Washington state. My car told me it was time to get an oil change and I needed my tires rotated. I received excellent service and will continue to have my car serviced there.

Oil change

I get back to pick up my vehicle for a "the works" oil change and they said they did not rotate my tires. They didn't do so because "Ford has had problems with their lug nuts swelling up". Lug nuts which I previously had to buy from Ford. They are the only ones that have done any sort of work or service on my car so if they are stripped that's on them. And if the lug nuts they sold me aren't functioning properly I shouldn't have to keep buying more from them.

Great deals and services at Victory!

I was able to get a great purchase price for my F150. I continue to come back and get awesome service! Victory has a very nice facility as well.

Excellent Service Department

As always the Service Department is top notch, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Great job to all of you at Victory Ford!! Would not think of going anywhere else.
