My vehicle was repossessed twice within 2 weeks because of ICL Finance!. Edward is EXTREMELY rude and so is the other reps. Only person who is kind is jaquiline! The first time i spoke to a girl who told me i was ok to wait until 09/01/2017 to get insurance again, they took my car on 08/24/2017 for no insurance. Then they took my car from my job on 09/12/2017 for non payment. Not to mention ive made every payment since ive had this vehicle. THEY ARE HORRIBLE !

Worst car experience ever!! Do not buy a car from there. I got stuck with a piece of junk.

Read google reviews for this dealership. Dealership paired with a finance company that reposses without proper paperwork or notice.

My wife and I drove all the way from Mathis to purchase a car and Doug was a man of his word and Alex owner went out his way to make sure that my wife got what she wanted. And would like to make a comment they go over everything and you sign the paper work. So you can't gripe about anything it's the law you carry insurance on the vehicle and no car lot any where will let you drive a car off its lot because they are liable. To me you can never do enough to make some people happy they will always complain even though Alex bends over backwards to put people in a vehicle when no one else would because of credit issues

Please dont give them people any of your time and money....will live to regret it...... they repossess my car for $0.84..........dont do it.......

This establishment is a nightmare!!! The manager Edward, has poor customer service as well as the rest of the staff. Don't bother wasting your time or money!!

Dealership went out of the way to treat us like family. Andy went above beyond to help us. He didn't treat us like customer he treated like family. It was great buying from him.

Worst establishment EVER!!! They threaten to pick up your vehicle if they need a new insurance card, but they don't bother to call and inform you!!!
