Professional and Pleasant Experience

This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Most specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Russell Stonework. Also, a special thanks to Christie Weldon (who referred me directly to Russell). Both Christie and Russell, were extremely genuine and true professionals.

Timely and efficient

Service provided from the moment I stepped out of my car. Loaner car helped tremendously for allowing me to get my errands done while my car was serviced. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Always great customer service

Mercedes-Benz of Collierville is a fantastic dealership. Service is excellent and the showroom and waiting room are clean, comfortable and pleasant. Service writers are knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Service...40,000mi

Friendly, easy to work with! Mercedes-Benz...what to expect....top workmanship. On time service...nice waiting area. Nice working with Brady and visited with the Sales Manager, John Creel.

Friendly and fast

Keeps my car running like new. Brady was excellent. The most annoying thing about getting my car serviced is the phone calls, texts and emails I get after the service is done. If I was unhappy with the service you would know it.

Servicing SLK250

After a multi-thousand dollar service that I had, my vehicle has not even been vacuumed inside. This is a conventional practice at other dealerships.
