Very efficent

Sebastian is very thorough and efficent The best customer service I've experienced . I am very disappointed in my tires At least 5 blowouts . I have never owned a vehicle that tires were so easily blown

Tire Service

Service is great at Collierville. Had a problem with tires. They were still under warranty. My car was picked up, repaired, and I’m now driving it again. Thank you, Mercedes at Collierville!

Second car I’ve bought from here!

These guys are fair guys and only want to help you get a good deal on a car and walk out happy. I’ve bought 2 cars from them and have always gotten a fair shake. Highly recommended!

Wonderful buying experience!

Mine is a long story but I’m going to make it short. I came in to look at a car but really didn’t want to have to buy one. Circumstances dictated that I needed to. I was very stressed and a bit upset. Christie Weldon was very kind and helpful and put me at ease immediately. I bought the car.......and I’m so happy with the car, the dealership, and especially my sales rep Christie.

Mercedes Knows Customer Service

Blew a tire in a pot hole on a rainy Wednesday morning. Mercedes Benz roadside assistance sent a wrecker to take my car to the dealership where I was provided transportation to work while the repair was being made to my tire. Everything from the way you are treated by the dealership staff to the speed of the work, to my car being returned cleaner that it was when it went in was fantastic. And I can't recommend the sales add-on for tire and wheel insurance enough. Something that would have cost hundreds was a mere $50 co-pay. Awesome job folks!!

Awesome!

The sales team from the commercial department, internet department, and service department were all very helpful in our Metris van purchase. They helped look nation-wide as well as local inventory and they came through with all requests small and large.

Service.....Oil service

Excellent customer service; friendly personnel. No surprise concerning service rendered. Beautiful. Car returned cleaned and road ready. Wes is a fine example of what you expect a service advisor.

Basil was very helpful

We worked with Basil for our purchase, and there was no high-pressure salesmanship involved. We initially considered purchasing a new vehicle, but decided instead on a certified pre-owned. Basil handled the transition in our purchase decision with no issues at all.
