Financing truly made my day. I thought it was going to be a really big headache to deal with, but in fact it was really simple and quick. No headache at all :)

Cars are well kept. They are clean and shiny almost straight out of the shop. Minor, if no, damage to exterior, but still keep the same features and drive as the new car. Win-Win in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend checking them out to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive alternative to a new vehicle. Great prices and good quality cars.

The used luxury vehicles are ridiculously underpriced. I honestly thought it was a scam at first, but then I visited them and actually bought one for myself and I cannot fault it. Just wow!

I had a awesome opportunity to visit Philly Auto in December 2021, met Luis (salesman) whom was great. His honesty and being straight forward was the driving forge for me to purchase a second vehicle. The bottom line is that Darryl (GM) and his team is some great guys to work with and I’m a repeat customer whom put the team through the test and they do go above and beyond to take genuine care of the customer. I’ve dealt with some really lousy lying used car dealerships only to be let dow time after time. If anyone is in the hunt fir a car or tuck please give Philly Auto a try- you won’t be let down! It sucks that I can't give a rating worse than poor!! I feel like I was professionally CATFISHED!! All the vehicle history reports came back clean but every eye that looked at this car has told a different story. THIS CAR WAS IN AN UNREPORTED ACCIDENT AND WAS POORLY PATCHED UP BY PHILLY AUTO AND SOLD AS IF NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT! Even the manufactures warranty is no good to me because the certified manufactures mechanics said they won't touch it because nothing on the damaged area of the car is stock. I took it to get a tint job done and the old guy who owns the shop for sure came out the womb with a car in his hand, took one look at it and effortlessly pointed out the hack paint and buff job done to the areas that were "repaired" seeing and showing me the uneven place where the stock paint stops and the poor blending attempt starts, he even showed me the tape line! Everyday after Philly Auto's 30 day repair cutoff I have been experiencing a different issue with this car, there isn't enough space here to type it all. Instead of hitting the sales lot it should have gone directly to the car crusher!! I WILL FIND A WAY TO EXPOSE THIS SHADY ORGANIZATION THAT WILL HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL THE TRAMUA THEY HAVE CAUSED ME AND ANYBODY ELSE THEY SWINDLED!!!

The radio ad lied drove from MD to Philly they cant approve you with a low credit score allll liesssss!!!! they should be ashamed get customers hopes up just to turn you down

I have to say I had been looking for a car for almost 2 months . Before I ran into Philly auto no lie the service was amazing in there they all were so helpful. I walked out of there with a brand-new car that I loved so much. All thanks to Louise for putting in that work

Mr. Luis was a life saver! I have bad credit and a repossession from a couple of years ago. I needed a car for so long but I was afraid to try due to my circumstances. When I tell you he went above and beyond and made me feel easy the entire time. I’m driving off today with a beautiful 2020. I could not be more pleased with the service, help and guidance I received today at Philly Auto! Ask for Luis he will get you right!
