My wife and I just purchased a used, Cadillac Escalade... 2021... The experience from start to finish was first class. Joseph Gudgel was my Service Consultant and Joe Lopez was the general manager who made the magic happen. No smoke or mirrors... it was a transparent process and first class from start to finish. I can tell you at the age of 44 it was the best car buying experience of my life. REALLY LOVE THESE FOLKS, drove down from NAPA CA to meet with these folks.

I recently bought a 2021 Chevrolet Bolt EV from them, and even though the entire process was done remotely, it was handled with a level of care and professionalism that truly exceeded my expectations. Ramiro, my sales consultant, made the remote process feel effortless. He provided me with detailed videos, photos, and clear explanations that made me confident in my decision, even from miles away. His responsiveness and dedication ensured that I had all the information I needed without ever feeling rushed or uncertain. Blake, the sales manager, was fantastic. He made sure all the documents were accurate and easy to understand, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. On top of that, he helped me secure a free warranty on my car, which was a really generous bonus. It showed that they weren’t just focused on closing the deal—they wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
