I purchased a used Ram truck from Christian Torres. He was very helpful. He even drove the truck to my house due to my wife was out of town and couldn't help. When I told him I live in Corona (Del Far). It didn't phase him. When he arrived to my house which was an hour after I left. (Surprisedly the 91 had some traffic that day) He was still gracious. I noticed the next day that the truck didn't have a full tank of gas. I went back to him the next time I was near the dealership and he filled up the truck. I was very satisfied with his followup. I would recommend him highly to go purchase a vehicle from. I also want to commend Jeannette Daze the finance manager. She explained everything very well and made the purchasing process very easy. Service intake rep was not helpful and tried to tell me metal on metal grinding and pinging noise was normal for 2021 Ram 1500. I told him it was the lifters and he said he could not put that down. He wrote “metal ticking noise.”
