This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and service. Service department doesn't update you on anything. Simple services that my warranty company confirms don't take no more than a few hours are taking a month. Yes, my car is STILL there. Do not come here. Tell everyone that ask about it the same. Get this place shut down for incompetent service.

I left my new 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie at Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buena Park for routine maintenance and TSB updates. While checking the vehicle’s Uconnect system, I discovered it had been taken on an unauthorized 43-mile trip by a technician, including a stop at a donut shop. This personal use of my truck happened without my permission and during its break-in period. The dealership later admitted the incident and fired the employee involved but provided no official record of the trip or explanation of how the truck was handled. Furthermore, the service was not completed as requested, with TSB repairs for the steering and infotainment systems left unresolved. The mileage discrepancy between their paperwork and my odometer raises even more concerns. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with the California BAR and have escalated the matter to Stellantis Corporate. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership for any service work.

I trusted Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buena Park with my brand-new 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie for scheduled service and updates. However, they have offered no formal documentation, provided no assurances about potential damage to the vehicle, and failed to complete the requested TSB updates (steering and infotainment system). Additionally, the mileage reported on the service order did not match the odometer reading at pickup, which raises concerns about record accuracy. I have filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and escalated this to Stellantis Corporate. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone expecting honesty and care for their vehicle.

Service and communication VOID! This “DEALER” has turned ghosting customers into an art form. My Jeep has been held hostage in their service department for over a week and a half. No ETA. No updates. No one picks up the phone. No one calls back. It’s like shouting into a void—if the void also had terrible hold music. I had to go full corporate escalation just to get a missing part shipped, which—surprise!—was delivered and signed for last Friday. And still… crickets. Been calling since 8 AM today. Nothing. Not even a courtesy grunt. If you enjoy being ignored while your car gathers dust, this is your place. Otherwise, run.

Every time I go for service they forget to do something, this time even though is not very important, but it's included in the package which I paid for they did not do the complementary outside car wash. Other than that every else was very good.The service technician Raidel was very efficient and helpful.

Update 02/25/25 Definitely the best service department! I keep coming back to Raidel. Personally I feel happy and safe when I hand my keys over to him. I know him and his guys will do their best work. I love that if I have any questions he will always get back to me. Oil change was quick and painless. And I will be more than happy to come back! Even maybe for a future purchase of a hybrid truck! lol

Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of BP, CA made, what should have been a simple, straightforward lease buyout an absolute nightmare. The incompetence & lack of accountability were staggering, & the entire process was marked by poor communication, repeated mistakes, & utter disregard for customer satisfaction. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, & I will certainly never return. This dealership deserves no stars.
