Great service!!

Very attentive

Great.

The salesman who assisted me, name was Jarvis. He was very nice and helpful. We worked together to figure out what was best for me, and he worked hard on finding the best deal on the car I selected. The overall customer service was great, I highly recommend this dealership!

Overwhelming at first but turn out Great.

The salesman was caring and persistent in taking care of us. He was not pushy and showed a lot concern making sure we were satisfied ..The salesman name was Anthony Carrol and it not listed below. He only been there a week I think.

Would not honor battery warranty

Had battery replaced under warranty for my ‘16 Malibu Premier on 2/18/18. Just 19 months later battery fails. I take it to Hendrick Chevrolet who agrees the battery is bad, but wants $375 for a new one! I tell them that doesn’t make sense as the ACDelco battery is 42 month free replacement, after talking to the service advisors for 10 minutes they simply refuse to honor the warranty. I got the car back and will have to buy my own replacement out of pocket. Shame on these people. please contact me. You have my information. Lee K.
