The sale was quick and easy, got a Volkswagen Tiquan on Friday came home black oil leaking called to complain was told it needed an oil change took it back they changed the oil next day a big puddle of oil on the carport called and was told Manger on vacation until Tuesday but someone can take a look at it Friday afternoon but lady it's Wednesday what should I do Now oh did I mentioned the burning smell was sickening inside the car plus the tire pressure light was on I was told drive it 40 miles it will go off then there was the coolant system light and alarm that went off I have had the car 6 days not happy at all

The dealer is selling trucks with problems. High Point should be ashamed. Stay away!! Bad morals. Buyers beware.

I will say this stand by your vehicles, times are to hard to be put into anything! I wish I would've went some where else, so now I just feel stuck into driving what I have, I pray it stands up for at least 2 years..then I plan to trade it..please don't jump on the first thing!!! Oh and u get NO FREE GAS AND THE CARS R NOT CLEAN..SOON AS I GOT MINE I TOOK IT TO GET WASHED AND FILL IT UP!!! WHATEVER YOUR FIRST MIND IS, IS YOUR RIGHT CHOICE!!😕 clearly I didn't listen! #ONCE YOU SIGN THATS IT...SMH!!! That's my opinion....Thanks!!!!

Bad experience with them they didn't want my business and I still don't understand why if I was you i wouldn't do business with them

I found the truck that I was looking for and the payments I wanted and the process was smooth. I am happy with the truck and the service I received. JOB WELL DONE!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS. Would not recommend you buy ANYTHING from these crooks. Sold my son a truck that left him stranded TWICE in a month. Then they did not deliver on their end of the bargain to return his old truck back to him. Waited for a MONTH and still nothing, so we had to drive 3 hours up there to pick it up. The manager was very rude and did not even say two words to us. Just a JERK. When someone spends 25,000 on a vehicle, you would expect better treatment from them. They KNEW they were selling my son a truck with issues and could care less about you, nor customer service. It's all about them making money even when they are selling you a LEMON.

I look at some vehicles online I had a salesman call me took some information but that's as far as it went I didn't hear nothing back from anybody else so I don't know if I was approved not approved or what but other than that if it's very good.

This car lot ran my credit said I was approved for a car. Then took me through these added steps never returned my call. After calling the shop multiple times they lie and say the sales man was off and the car was sold. Regardless off what it was terrible communication and customer service. Do not shop !!!!

They give you the run around put a bandage on the problem then treat you like dirt. Will not return your call and make up their own reason for the vehicle acting up. Once they get your money your nobody to them.
