Satisfied with my purchase
I saw a Mercedes-Benz M-Class online and came to see it with my wife. The dealership had a beautiful showroom with a lot of cars. After coming to see the car, getting help from Danny and Juan, I had a test drive and in 1 hour I drove away with exactly what I wanted.

Easy to deal with
I got a far better estimated quote from Quality Auto Center of Springfield after submitting the Appraisal Form online, which, by the way, is a very effective tool. From there, I got connected to Jimmy who swiftly handled the trading in of the car. We also had a very good time talking about buying one or two vehicles from the impressive lineup of used cars that they had when I was there. Overall, the test drive was enjoyable, and the paperwork didn’t put a “strain on my back”, not even a little

Avoid !! Stay away!!
Avoid!!!!! Avoid this place at all cost I purchased a vehicle which is now sitting because of the incompetence of this dealership. They have allowed for my temporary plates to expire and has not given any insight as to what is taking it so long. I am now forced to pay a car note and insurance on a car that cannot be driven. Avoid this place at all cost very irresponsible and negligent. They have also failed to pay off the loan on a trade in. They are full of excuses. I have currently filed a complaint with consumer affairs.

terrible, false advertisments of pricing unattentive staff.
Pretty simple. If you advertise a vehicle online or on one of the car search engines, at a minimum state that your dealer fee is in addition to the listed price. Realize your customers use the maximum price search options for a reason, not to just have you pencil whip us after we take the time to contact you and research the cars. Most importantly if there is a HUGE fee like a warranty "certification" that will run the customer thousands of dollars, that needs to be in the original advertised price, not hidden and disclosed later. That is misleading at best and against the law at worst. Many dealers try to mislead their customers with the $600-$1000 dealer or document fees added in after a negotiated or advertised price, but this place is the first one I have ever seen that tried to tack on a $3400 verification fee plus a $500 dealer fee! So basically they used a KBB "fair or good" price to lure the buyer in and then jack up the price over $4000 when you get a break down of the actual price (this is on a $25,000 vehicle). I would never buy from an dis-reputable dealer ship like this, but felt at a minimum that warranted a thorough review. I am not going to list the employees because I don't want to flame someones name here when its most likely a policy passed down from ownership or management.

Deceptive lawbreaking scammers
While working on an out-of-state deal with Harry I requested the total amount out the door with taxes documentation fees title and everything and I was given one price two times I went over that same conversation with the finance manager who gave me the same pricing and then with the general manager when I received my purchase order while sitting at my financial institution to send a payment, the purchase order got faxed over approximately $5,000 higher then what was advertised on multiple websites and discussed over the phone, the price I was given included TrueCar pricing several different Craigslist ads that were ran cars.com cars for sale they all listed the car at 34,928.00 the purchase order was over $39,000 just for the vehicle alone. So I contacted the general manager who said that the price difference was due to the certified warranty and all the advertised sites the car was being advertised with a certified warranty nowhere in any of the advertisement did it state the price of the vehicle being sold had an additional $4,965 certification attached to their advertised price. I called to speak with the general manager who told me that that's what the price was and the car had been sold to someone else even though I had left a deposit on the vehicle. I asked if I could speak to an owner and his reply was the owners are retired the only one I can speak with is him he handles everything. I would still like to know if somebody owns that place I'm sure I will find out soon enough however if you are the owner and you're reading this please feel free to contact me I'm sure your general manager still has my information I'd love to hear from you. I would give this dealership a negative 10 rating

Shady people
I visited quality auto center looking at a 2014 brz for 16900 when we sat down to talk about how much it would be they added 3500$ for a "warranty" for 100k miles. I've bought cars before and no respectable dealership adds they're own warranty to a used car and advertises it for 16900. wasted about 2 hours of my time going to the manger trying to get the price down. do not go here very shady and not worth your time.

Dishonest Salesman & Too Many Mistakes
When I walked into the shop, front desk called any available sales people. There were 3 men standing 10 ft away from me just shooting the breeze that paid no attention to me until she directly asked if any of them were busy (about 10 min after she'd made the announcement). Once test driving the vehicle that I had called ahead about, but was not out front, the salesman barely spoke to me. I asked if they could come down on the advertised price of $8975 and he said they could definitely work with me. When he sat down to talk price, suddenly he was charging almost $2,000 in certification and $500+ in documentation fees on top of the advertised price, claiming the full price was $12,500, but that they "give" me a 1 yr warranty with the purchase of all cars. When I asked what the certification was he said it was because when they got the car they put new tires & brakes, etc on it. I insisted that should have been included in the advertised price and would not pay additional money for something they already did to the car. When he got his boss to "wave the fees," the "negotiated" price came to $9,005 - which was actually MORE than the advertised $8975. A few weeks later when I called for a copy of the warranty that wasn't in my files, they had the salesman call me back to say when I "wasn't willing to pay" the $12,000+ that included the warranty. That was never discussed as part of the certification, nor was the option to pay for a separate warranty after the car price negotiation. Not to mention, when I asked for a bumper alignment before I purchased because it was unclipped when I looked at it, the salesman had it in the shop when I left. The day I came back to get it, a different person helped me and they knew nothing about the bumper. When I looked at the car, nothing had been done. The new person took it back to the shop and instead of doing a quick fix on the back bumper, they began buffing paint off the front bumper. Thankfully, they fixed both bumpers at no cost to me, but I had to come back a 3rd day to pick it up. The last straw was today when I went to register my car and the office said they would have to send my info to the capital because there was a discrepancy in my purchase date and the date written on the title Quality Auto Center sent me. Literally nothing has been smooth with my purchase from this dealership. I have felt disrespected, fooled, and frustrated multiple times.

bad bad bad
Its been over a month, and they have failed to pay off the loan on my trade in. As a result, I am receiving late notices on the loan, and my credit rating is suffering. Additionally, they have failed to supply me with my new registration and plates. The temporary is expired.
