I was greeted in a timely manner.

I was greeted in a timely manner. My concerns were addressed with expertise. I like being able to have my vehicle serviced by one facility, in which the service history is well known. The Lead Service Technician was very helpful.

I originally came in to have my car serviced.

I originally came in to have my car serviced. Ashly is awesome to work with. While waiting I was looking at the used cars. Jared asked if he could help me and got info on a car that caught my eye. Thanks for not being high pressure and respecting my decision to take time to look over my finances, etc.; still on the fence but will look at it again with my daughter.

I purchased my car elsewhere, but to me, it made no

I purchased my car elsewhere, but to me, it made no difference. John, the service manager and Zane, my service advisor, were terrific, as they had to follow up with Kia corporate to make sure the right parts were ordered and installed. I appreciate their hard work.
