Everyone in this office is really nice and super helpful! We had left the lot with two cracks in the windshield and when we addressed it, they replaced the windshield free of charge. Would definitely buy from them again!

First time buying a car for my daughter
First time buying a car from here, people were great, and helped my daughter get into the car of her dreams. I worked with Angel and I would recommend to my family and friends

Sold me an ext. warranty and pocketed the money
This has been the worst car experience of my life. I traded in the vehicle I purchased from Lonestar recently. I have been paying for GAP insurance and an extended warranty. When I asked the insurance company about the extended warranty I was told it was cancelled, but I've still been paying it. Hmmmm...Lonestar pocketed the money. Also, when I called to get my prorated return for my GAP insurance, Tony (at Lonestar) yelled at me on the phone, hung up on me three times, and dared me to call the Better Business Bureau. He would not put me through to a manager or another salesperson. He said, "Lady, by the time you figure out how to get this money back, it's only going to be 300-$400 and that's not worth your time or mine." Lonestar says they cannot give me a copy of my original contract. Tony also told me to get on another line "and talk to some Indian person." When I said that was racist, he hung up on me again. I finally had to call from another number and give a false name so he would put me through to someone else. They still have not helped me get my refund. I've never been treated so poorly in my life, especially not by a company with which I've done business. RUN AWAY! FYI: I worked with Angel not Jose Cepeda. It only let's you choose from fake names on this review.

yelled at, threatened, hung up on - no refund for GAP/EXT. W
This has been the worst car and business experience of my life. I purchased a car from Lonestar Motorcars LLC in 2017 and traded it in recently. I have been paying for GAP insurance and an extended warranty that was rolled into my loan. After the trade-in, I called Lonestar to inquire about my pro-rated refund for both warranties. They told me they are not responsible for the refund and told me to call the company that financed the car. I called the finance company and they assured me that the refund would come from Lonestar. Again, I called Lonestar, and they told me to call the company they bought the warranties from. I called that company, and they also told me Lonestar is responsible for the refund. (By the way, this company no longer does business with Lonestar Motorcars because of these types of business practices.) When I asked the insurance company about the extended warranty I was told it was cancelled by Lonestar Motorcars one month after I purchased it, even though I continued paying on it for two years. Hmmmm...Did Lonestar pocket the money? It sure seems that way. (There are more reviews about this business that claim the same thing – sell of an extended warranty and then cancellation by the company.) Also, when I called to get my pro-rated return for my GAP insurance and extended warranty, Tony (at Lonestar) yelled at me on the phone, hung up on me three times and dared me to call the Better Business Bureau. They still have not helped me get my refund and will not return my calls. I've never been treated so poorly in my life, especially not by a company with which I've done business. RUN AWAY! IT IS NOW MARCH 19, 2020: CHANNEL 5 NEWS IS INVOLVED, BUT MR. MORALES HAS YET TO SEND ME THE MONEY HE OWES ME. HE IS ALSO TRYING TO GIVE ME $600 LESS THAN THE AMOUNT HE OWES ME AND ONLY IF I TAKE DOWN REVIEWS.

STAY FAR AWAY
DO NOT do business with these guys. They will screw you over and ruin your credit. We traded in my wife's car 4 months ago for a different car and they have still not paid off the loan on the car we traded in. My wife's credit is now ruined. They have at least 2 lawsuits against them that I know of for this very same thing. None of the "managers" will take my calls. Representatives from the bank that got ripped off in this deal cannot get through to the "managers" either. If you are in the same situation as I'm in, just do a Google search for "consumer rights lawyers in Dallas, TX". I strongly repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these guys.

DRIVE FOREVER worry free Protection Plan
I purchased a 2015 2500HD 4x4 High Country in 2017 from this company and they sold me an extended warranty protection plan that I was told is the same as a new auto purchase bumper to bumper warranty for $6294.00 for 48 months and after I called to get the approval on the first issue I was happy because they covered / paid the dealership for the work they performed for one visit to the Chevy dealership and then I called a second time when a check engine light came on and when I called the company for pre-approval of work to be done on my truck they stated the policy was cancelled since LoneStar Mortorcars of Addison did not pay them for the policy. So they pocketed my $6294.00 and didn't pay the Protection company the money on the sale of this policy. I visited this establishment prior to this call in and all the people that I worked with and the people that sold me the truck were no longer employee's at this place including the sales manager that made promises to me on taking care of a couple dings on the driver side with their paintless dent repair guy but it will need to be a few weeks out due to his work load due to all the hail damage in the area. I called to setup a time to drive it over and have this work performed and was put on hold and they never picked the phone back up...so I drove over to this business and I asked to speak to the people that sold me the truck is when I learned that none of the people that made me promises were employee's there anymore and they stated that I did not have anything owed to me. Then I asked to speak with the owner and they would not allow me to speak with this owner. I would say if you do business with this group be sure you have everything in writing as well as DO NOT purchase a warranty with this group because they do not pay the warranty company after you pay them the money. Purchase your plan on your own from the company direct not thru this group.

Car was painted pretty much all front , fenders the a pillar and pretty much all front and more , also had electronic problems like the wipers would act crazy fast if i have em in slow speed, blind spot sometimes doesn’t work, signal light also wont work always and sometime the Ac doesn’t start , i have to shut it of and back on to get it going. After i took the car from them after 2 days check engine light came on and it was air flow sensor or something like that, 900$ just the part. Very disappointed!

Had to repair car within one week
After buying a relatively new used car from them that supposedly did not have any issues, I had to spend over $4000 fixing the car. This was literally one week after buying. They were very rude after the purchase was complete, refused to help me and would hang up on me after I was placed on hold for half an hour.

Do not buy from them!!
When I was shopping for a car, I made it very clear that I needed the title in hand within a week maximum (I paid cash and was exporting the vehicle and had a tight shipping deadline). I was assured multiple times by salesman Adrian that it would take a couple days max. I was VERY clear that I could not wait longer. Low and behold it took 3 weeks to get the title. This delayed my shipment and cost me thousands of dollars in moving and storage fees. The auction company they bought it from lost the title - okay that's not their fault but the way they handled it was terrible. I had to call Greg and Mary in title department a handful of times each day for 3 weeks to get updates. Each time I called I was placed on hold for 10-20 minutes. Half of my calls were somehow disconnected (often after already waiting). The guys that answered the phones were rude and dry. No, "how are you" "please hold ma'am." Terrible customer service. I asked both Greg and Mary to call me back and update me on the progress - even to say title was still not found. They never did that so I had to waste time to call and hold for them. Never once got an apology. Finally I contacted Juan the GM after I found his contact details online. Earlier I had called and asked for him and was told "our GM doesn't talk to customers." He got the tracking number for my title in the end so I could rest assured that it was actually sent. But, not without a smar alec attitude. Basically these people will tell you anything to make the sale and then not care about following through on their word. I wasted so much time and money. Wish I had bought my Mercedes elsewhere because they definitely don't deserve the business.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! SCAMMERS!
LONESTAR MOTORCARS, LLC owned by Robert C. Morales owes us $3800 for a warranty we paid for. We settled for $2200. I picked up the check last week and deposited it. I got a message from my bank that the check from LONESTAR MOTORCARS bounced. We will see you in court, Mr. Robert C. Morales. You guys should be ashamed of yourself!! We will never purchase another vehicle from you. I am telling everyone I know to not do business with you! Scam Artist and Cheaters should be the name of your dealership!
