I dropped my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado off at Copeland on

I dropped my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado off at Copeland on 07/31, they end up telling me that they didn't have time to look at it on the day of the appointment that I made 12 days prior, so I left it, they run a diagnostics for my engine light and they tell me that my truck will not fit on their lifts. So I go to pick it up on 08/02 because I now know where I can get it repaired for certain and I can't keep making arrangements to get to work, and they tell me that I need to pay $180 for the testing that was done. I asked why they didn't call me prior to running the tests to ask if I still wanted to go through with it incase there was an issue that they needed to put the truck on a lift for because they could see that it would not fit. They said I would need to speak with the Service Manager who was not there. So I left my vehicle again, and I went back on 08/04. I had just missed the Service Manager in the parking lot apparently, but they were called and they decided to stand firm on it. The tests are useless outside of a particular shop because every one has to run their own. So I had to let them beat me for $180 when I got my vehicle. Just understand the kind of practices you are dealing with at this place.

Our technician dedicated 2.5 hours to thoroughly investigate the issue you brought the vehicle in for, which included performing a smoke test to pinpoint the cause. After completing the diagnosis, it was determined that the necessary repair could not be performed at our facility due to the size of your truck and the nature of the work required—our lifts are not equipped to safely accommodate that type of repair. To assist you moving forward, our technician provided a detailed invoice outlining the diagnostic findings and included information to help you get the truck repaired at a facility with larger lifts. We understand the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience. While we strive to communicate proactively, the diagnostic was initiated based on the authorization provided, and the fee reflects the time and resources invested in identifying the issue. No accountability for having any forethought about the possibilites when they layed their eyes on a truck that is pretty hard to miss as you can see. So if you have one that sounds like mine, don't bother coming here.

Copeland Chevrolet is devious with their list prices and pushy to get you to come in before answering questions. Their list prices include rebates that you might not necessarily realize, and may not qualify for, so the price you see isn’t accurate when comparing to other listings on Cars.com They claim they itemize those in the fine print of their seller notes, but that isn’t clear. I’ll be reporting to cars.com as well.

The advertised price included all possible rebates, many of which I didn’t qualify for in any way. Their offer on my trade-in was insulting - ridiculously below market value. Manager = stupid. Gilberto, however, was genuine and honest and nice. I was as disappointed to disappoint him as I was to leave without the car I intended to buy that morning. 2/10. Recommend avoiding that dealership.

I found a vehicle for my daughter that fit all the

I found a vehicle for my daughter that fit all the parameters that we were looking for at Copeland Chevrolet, which I have never visited or dealt with previously and it turned out to be one of the best buying experiences I?ve ever had in the past 35 years of buying vehicles. I worked on the floor directly with Kevin, who worked with me from start to finish and during this time I met Mr. Buchanan, who answered a ton of my questions about this used vehicle since I?ve never even purchased this brand before, Mr.Matta with car warranty questions and had an opportunity to speak with Mr. Reed, who was also exceptional to deal with, was positive and super informative. It?s people like these that make consumers like myself come back over and over again. Thank you all for making this experience such a great one and I look forward to returning in the near future to get something from my wife.

While working with Leon Gerson Steve stopped a few times

While working with Leon Gerson Steve stopped a few times to make sure the process was going smoothly. In speaking with Steve it was apparent to me how knowledgeable he was about the dealership's products. I'm a car guy myself so I enjoyed speaking with him. Both Steve and Leon stayed late to make sure the vehicle was ready for me to drive home, that afternoon.
