My son went to the new location they opened in Greer cause they sent out that contest thing and of course that's just to get u in to sell u a car and you f they can't sell u a car they give you a lottery ticket these people are unprofessional and don't have their s*** together he went up on a Saturday spent all day there trying to get him approved when he 1st went they told him they could put him in the car he wanted all he needed was 500 for tax and tag and he could drive off in it well he gets the 500 then they tell him they can't get him in that car then picked a car on the lot and said but we can get you in this one he didn't want to take that car but needed one and wanted to get his credit back on track so he said ok they sent him off in the car and he had it for 2 weeks now in this time this car loan wasn't finalized with the bank so every week they would call him while he was at work with something they needed to get his paperwork done with the bank after the last time of them telling this would be the last thing to get done or he could bring the car back he tells them I'm going to bring it back but I want my 500 back they said ok we get up there and we sat there and waited for at least 2 hours if not more for it to be after six then the sales mgr comes out says i can't give u all the 500 i have to charge you miles when they let this car go before it had the bank approval and said I can't get u a check cause everyone is gone home for the day that does that and that he would get 375.00 back so I'll told him he should give him all his money back cause it wasn't my sons fault that the deal didn't go in and remind you this 500 was for tax and they said he told me he would talk to the owner the next day and see what he could do I asked him to give me that on writing he said why I wouldn't lie to you I'm not like that I said yeah you say that but it's happened before and you could get fired or quit he said he wished they would fire him and I told him I don't even see the guy that sold the car to my son here anymore he yeah he quit I said see he got a little mad cause I asked him for that but he did it and then said I'll call you ms Powell in the morning so we dont bother your son at work i said ok I never got that call (" proved my point that we would get the run around") waited all day my son got off i tried to call him no answer then I texted and said you told me you would call me this morning no response so we go up there they call him he has stepped out that's all he told them to tell me then he texted said we can give him 375.00 I said real y'all can't at least give him 400 to put towards another car no response we sat there over an hour again never heard anything no one at that lot cared one bit about us waiting or what was going on I texted the sales mgr back said it's been over an hour where is this check then he calls says he stuck in traffic and that there is another that should all most be back to the lot and he has the check that guy comes in and I asked him if he was the guy with my son's check he looked at me like he just fell off the back of a truck and i had to ask him again and then he hands it to me this place is a joke and they are lier's shasti shasti place I would stay far away from here and if you do go with them make sure everything is legit before you give them any money because they won't give you your money back at least not all of it anyways wish there was a negative below one star and that still wouldn't cut it

The flyer sent out scratched off a $1000 instant win. It also stayed open on Sunday. It was closed and I met another $1000 winner in the parking lot. This is obviously a hoax. I wonder if their business follows suit

My Wife and I bought this 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ less than 2 month ago and we have been trying to explain to then for 4 days after we signed contract that they sold us a vehicle that already had an accident and needs bunch of work, and they lie to us about everything. We are son angry and frustrated because we have asked for 1 tire that we pay for them and haven't been able to get our money back. No worked have been done on this truck not even oil change, tune up or nothing and Chevrolet told us this SUV was involved on a front and side damage. The last thing that just happened was yesterday our SUV was towed to a yard because we have our license plate past due from the car dealer and we have been calling and asking for it an no reply. only one manager Mr. Steve have been kind to guide us or give some info. we need to pay a fine to take our piece of xxxx SUV that they sold us

This experience was the worst car buying experience of my life. I have been buying cars since I was 18 and I am 48 years old now. This car lot is unprofessional, ghetto, unorganized, untrustworthy, con artist, care free place that I have ever dealt with. My fiance' asked me to sign because he didn't have any credit. These cars are washed and nothing else. No gas, no oil change, no mechanical corrections and they lie their xxxxx off. The motor mount was messed up on the car we picked out. Only found out because we took it to a professional mechanic. They got mad and didn't want to fix it. Only did something about it after we told One Main Financial about all that was going on with the car. Way over priced for used cars. I will never ever go back to A&K Auto sales. The car lot from xxxx! Awful 😡👎🍋🤥

WORST SERVICES EVER RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS!!! CANT KEEP THERE WORD WITH PEOPLE!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NEEDS GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!!!!!

I was in the office talking with a salesman about purchasing a car and I must say I was interested in making a purchase . The owner walks in and start raising xxxx at the employees.I can over hear him telling a secretary if she answer the office phone that he would fire her and then I heard him saying to other employees he's a badass bossman and he would fire all of them. Its sad how people treat employees in front of customers . He talk down to his employees like they were dogs. I never told the saleman that this changed my mind about buying the car. I would never spend a dime with a this dealership .

This car was my first pick. Ended up buying it after looking at other cars. The salesman was very nice- straight to he point no shady business. The only odd thing is that they weren't wanting me to take the car to my mechanic to view over- which would've raised a makor flag- had it not been that they finally caved in and just went with me to the mechanic. Ends up it was the only car my mechanic passed (i had taken two other cars to him that day). Overall good experience- Not great because its not like they'd hate to see you go. They're just there to sell what they have.
