I give chicago auto place a 4* because my whole experience was smooth and i felt know pressure from my sales man Geno. most places the sales people are pushy and a bit annoying. not here though, Everyone here was Great. very happy with the purcfhase of my Audi Q7! Car is Great!

first of all i'm a very pleased customer!! very happy with the purchase i made here at Chicago auto place with Edgar as my sales person. Everyone was so welcoming and polite made me feel comfortable and not like your typical sales persons all pushy. So with that being said i will most definitely be recommending Chicago Auto Place to friends and Family. Oh and My vehicle is Excellent condition and was priced very well! very happy!

Horrible they sold the car out after I left a deposit on it they were supposed call me back when they got another one like it they didn’t their dealership smells like nasty food I wouldn’t send anybody there

Horible service. Do not buy the maintenance package. They refuse to fix anything. They will help you buy a car but dont care about you once deal is done. Useless xxxxxxxx. Buy from a known dealer not this crap.

Worked with Luis Ortega on this purchase. He was very good to work with and helped me with the various details about the car. My experience was good with Luis’s experience a strong plus. He does his best to be honest in the sales process. My advice is to know what you want upfront. This is a high volume used car company. Find the best car for your needs and then work with this company. Do not expect high-touch service. They want to sell you a good car and move on.
