Let me tell you he is the best very knowlegable, took the time to explain in detail all that the service called for and broke down the cost associated with the Service. Upon going in for my 15,000 miles service appointment, the is nothing but a rating of "Five Stars" for this customer passionate dealership, but the service department, especially the service manager, Mr. Trae Hendrix. His customer attention is unsurpassed from "A" to "Z!" This was my fourth time back for the Warranty Mandated service and, as in the past three visits, was made to feel that myself and the Mazda3 that I purchased at this dealership in 2016 was important. More importantly....I was given the strong impression that I really mattered....THAT is the most significant aspect of such a visit!!

Needed to downsize my payment
This is my third purchase from Boniface Hiers! Due to being put on disability I have had a significant loss of income and I needed to cut my expenses in every way possible. I went back to Boniface Hiers Mazda to ask if they could help me out. I was not expecting much but I thought it was worth asking. Wow! Everyone went to work and in less than an hour they found me a brand new 2018 that met all of my needs, plus my payment was reduced by $143 per month! Outstanding! Thank You!

Great Service!
I recently had my Mazda 6 serviced due to a problem with the display/camera. This had been an ongoing problem (for months) with no solution in sight. However, after explaining my problem and frustration with the Service Manager-Brian-he came up with a plan to help. His knowledge and expertise were a welcome change. He was able to locate the problem and get it fixed in a timely manner. He has renewed my faith in the Mazda Service Department. Both Service Advisor Trae and Service Manager Brian had heard my complaints and rants, yet still greeted me with smiling faces and professional attitudes. My thanks to them both!
