Boniface Hiers is the best, wonderful people who work

Boniface Hiers is the best, wonderful people who work there! Chris Forbus was so straight forward he did whatever he could to keep me in my price range and was so nice and very patient and helpful. The sales manager Brian also was wonderful. A special thanks to the General manager Frank all I can say is amazing and can't thank him enough for all he does! They were wonderful and the showroom is immaculate , they all make you feel so welcomed and like family! You want a wonderful experience go to Boniface Heirs for your next vehicle, you won't go anywhere else. Sincerely, Cheryl

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. From the start they were pressuring and playing games. The salesperson I spoke to was Zach. When I first visited and test drove a 2025 Mazda 3, they refused to give me a price unless I was purchasing that same day. In following conversations through text and email they continued to refuse to provide any information on price until I called and started asking about possibly a new salesperson, and only then giving me the publicly available MSRP while saying they're doing me a favor by taking off the $5,000 "regional adjustment" they slapped on top. I ended up having to negotiate in person anyway. The negotiation in person only went well because I had better prices elsewhere. After getting done with them trying to upsell me various subscriptions, I was sent to finance, where I met a very underhanded individual: Owen Pruchnowski, their finance manager. When applying for a loan with Mazda financials he put incorrect information on the application form. If this was a 'mistake' it's certainly a convient one for them. Changing what I had put down from 'bi-weekly' pay to 'monthly', and then telling me the only loan I could get is a 72 month loan, and the 36 month 0.9% APR rate they advertise is actually averaged out with the rest of the duration of the loan, which conveniently is 72 months. Horrible business. Underhanded and unethical people.
