Please people, if you read the 5 star reviews, they all mention that the owner " George " has a great or good attitude. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that he has the worst attitude of a human being. By the way, seriously, who mentions attitude in a review anyway. No one does, he needs to cover his tracks. I am the fiance of the 55 year old man that was belittled by George. If i did not like the car so much, I would not have put up with George's childish behavior...... Beware

So disappointed. Wish I could give 0 stars. They had 3 cars I was interested in, listed on their website. I called to verify and they confirmed that they were there. After I drove an hour out there, the guy inside acted like I was such an inconvenience, interrupting his personal conversation. We got outside, all three cars aren't there, and were "sold". I try to see if there's something else I am interested in on their lot (I totaled my previous car and was really in need of a car). I test drove a 4runner, and when I got in, the gas light was on. I was afraid to go more than 3 miles down the road in case I got stranded. Then the guy acted annoyed when I wanted to look around at other vehicles, so I just left. Worst experience I've ever had at a car place.

The people here are fantastic. I bought an '03 Honda Accord from them and the same day the transmission blew, as I have heard it's a common issue in the older Honda Accords. I called them, and told them what happened, and they towed my car back up and fixed it within 3 days. Wonderful service. They also took some money off the car because of a few small things such as the fact that the drivers heated seat wouldn't work on high, only on low. They are willing to work with you and help find a great car. I highly suggest this place for used cars, they are reasonable and extremely helpful people.

"No pressure" dealership! Nice test drive! They gave me great price and buying process didn't take all day. Great! 5 stars all around!

I rec'd an email asking if I would like to come down "tomorrow" at 1:46 am on Friday going into Saturday. I emailed them back Saturday saying I was planning to come down Sunday morning, didn't hear back. Since their general hours are 10-2 on Sunday and it was my only available time to make the hour drive down, I figured I'd check it out and catch someone at the lot anyway. I got there at 11:00 and nobody was there! :( Such a waste of my time.

Best dealership I've visited in a long time. If you need to buy a car, you should definitely go to this dealership because they will help you find the best deals while giving you excellent customer service. Everyone was very helpful from start to finish. I did not feel pushed or pressured in anyway. Good job!

My name is Maggie and I just bought a Volvo XC60 from George the owner. I went Tuesday night to look at the car feel in love and they delivered my car that Thursday nite. George is wonderful and takes care of his customers. I am very happy with my purchase and George is also always available if you need to call him for anything, questions, etc. He is available 24/7. Nadia works in the office and is also wonderful. I highly recommend if your looking for a used vehicle to go to Empire Auto Sales and ask for George. I had a wonderful experience and have referred 2 people to go see George already that are looking to buy a vehicle. I love my new Volvo and again George is the BEST!!! :-)

Don't be fooled by the small footprint of this dealership that sits right between two major ones. I found the car I wanted online, drove into Empire's Lot and George had me on the road in 5 minutes! No "tag-alongs", no high pressure sales .. just a test drive. Loved the car so bought it ... minimal hassle, minimal paperwork, done. [Now, please read the next part ALL the way through because I think we have all been there and I was pleasantly surprised] So after I get the registration, I bring the car for an inspection sticker and it fails ?! Turns out the emergency brake cable was set incorrectly when the new brakes were installed. My mechanic noticed a few other things that were unrelated to the inspection so I text George with the issues and replies "We got you covered". I know what you're thinking because I was fearing the same ... Bring the car to Empire's Garage ... Brake Cable, fixed; other repairs, done; Inspection Sticker, done ... cost to me - NOTHING! Good luck going to a big dealership and getting the same result. There was no haggling or "oh that's not covered" or "let me talk to my manager". If you want to be greeted by sales people fighting for a commission, in a nicely carpeted show room on a huge lot who talk your ear off during the test drive, go to a Big Dealership. If you want a decent used car where all the costs are up front and no pressure sales, go see George.

Very nice people! It was the place where i found my favorite car and i didn't have any problem to buy it. The paperwork was fast. George has a good attitude with customers. Explain and answer every question. The car buying made so easy for me. I will recommend this dealership to all who wants to buy a good car.
