Dayton location horrible

No perks with the purchase dent repair is a service they can't even provide besides on one day in the a.m Everything was unorganized and slow process sold me a car that still needed to be clean that they said I could back next day to detailed.

Great service and clean

Very friendly staff and everyone has a smile on there face. I love the staff that’s there. I will always come back to buy a car

I got my car.

Great experience. They went above and beyond to help me get my car. The facilities is clean and bright. Don't care for the commercials. A bit over the top.

Stay away from these crooks. They will sell you a warranty on a used car they know is worthless. I have bought 3 cars from them, last one has serious problems and the $3000 warranty they sold me telling be it would cover the car won't pay for it. STAY AWAY.

Terrible Company

SVG is such an unreliable company and we will never work with them in the future. My husband bought a car here about 2 months ago and on day 8 it completely broke down on the highway two hours from home. He limped it back home and took it in the very next day and they seemed very apologetic and even put him in a "rental" while they checked it out. My husband left town on business while the kids and I stayed in the rental car. My husband first spoke with Aaron at the Shoup Mill location who assured him that they would handle this quickly and when my husband told him that he didn't want this car back Aaron reassured him he would get him in a different vehicle. After about 2 days of Communication Aaron decided not to return any of our phone calls and still to do this day has not called us back. He then called the Beavercreek location and spoke with a regional manager who asked my husband to give him the weekend to get us a list of cars that we could swap for. We never heard back from him. My husband also spoke with 2 different salesmen who ended up being a dead end. My husband finally took off work to come home (at week 6) and go in person and that is when he met Rob at the Beavercreek location. Again, Rob seemed very apologetic but informed us that we would not be able to swap vehicles out because we were past the 7 day mark when it broke down and instead sent him to go pick up our car (Mitsubishi Outlander). Rob stood in front of my husband and called Aaron on Shoup Mill and told him that my husband would be on his way and to go ahead and get the car started and warmed up. My husband showed up about 25 minutes later and not only had they NOT started up our car they couldn't even find our car keys. Now, my husband has taken our car into a Mitsubishi dealership and found/fixed the issue within an hour and yet SVG had our car for 6 weeks and claimed the problem was fixed. They also said it was serviced back in April yet, when my husband came home with the car he had to pry open the hood and the transmission fluid and oil were bone dry so clearly it hadn't been serviced-obviously should have been our first red flag. My husband has now been calling and leaving VMs for Rob since yesterday afternoon and he can't be bothered to answer his personal line or call back. We will never work with SVG again and will be filing an official complaint with the BBB. This review could have gone a lot differently had this been handled in week one. Instead we have dealt with a total of 6 employees of SVG, were promised something that they clearly couldn't deliver and sat on this for 6 weeks and there is absolutely no explanation or excuse for being that unprofessional.

Outstanding service.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about any questions I asked them. The lady at the counter where I checked in went back to the paint shop and got Rick Aughenbaug who had given me an estimate weeks earlier for body work on my truck. Rick got the work done in a few days and also charged less than his original estimate. They did a great job and special thanks to Rick.
