I don't remember even talking to Grayson who is he? Sam was the best in fact I have referred her to some of my fiends, She searched and found exactly what I was looking for and had the car brought up for me right away. She followed up answering all my questions. I was very impressed with her level of service. When I need another vehicle I will be reaching out to her again.

Observations: The salespeople should have more private
Observations: The salespeople should have more private cubicals/desks especially when customers are talking about personal things like money. I did appreciate how our salesman showed us the shop where cars were being serviced! Our salesman seems very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I'll appreciate his help with the interior car features. There should be no pressure to purchase immediately.
