They are scammers

I had got a 2010 keep liberty from them april 2021 . I got an extend warranty from them ok so when I got the truck I took it to my uncle mind y’all my uncle been in the car business for about 50 years n put it on a machine nothing was wrong but a oil change I drive it a month the truck started to gink they told me it was the wheel alignment was missed up ok I took it back they fixed it they had my truck for about 2 months before I got it back mind yall when I gave it to them it was oil transmission fluid etc in it ok fine it’s fixed when my husband took me to work. The truck stopped we pushed it to the side of the road call my uncle he came he looked at it do y’all know there was no oil no nothing in my truck when I got it back so we called a tow truck took the truck back up there do y’all know it took them 1 month to tell me what was wrong with my truck the engine blow. How if everything was good ok. They gave me peoples they can fix it so I told them it was they fault they need to call the tow truck n get it towed up there they go tell me they can’t do it. Ok fine will it go sit up here until y’all do. Cause calling these tow trucks like this is costing me $150. So my husband decided to go up there to take the truck to the shop..DO YALL KNOW THE TRUCK WAS GONE IT WAS NO LONGER UP THERE THATS WHAT THE TOW MAN TOLD US HE EVEN RECORDED THEM SAY THAT. Now I am stuck paying a car note$301.00 every month for a car I am not even driving. But it cool cause I got a lawyer looking into them n me n my Husband is suing them they go pay for this truck that mysteriously disappeared I got recordings paper work tow papers work n all they go pay for my truck or give me all my money back I am paying for something I am not driving!!!

Never again

They failed to have the state required inspection for the car my grandson bought just before he was deployed to Vietnam, halfway across the world! They knew he would be out of the country for an indeterminate length of time. My grandson is an airman attached to the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. He was deployed for 10 months. Serving our country. The car is stored in my shop and has been available for inspection at any time for the last year. Now this dealer wants us to make a 40 mile trip each way, twice! Once to drop it off at their shop and then back and forth again to pick it up after it’s been inspected. The trip requires two drivers, one to drive this car to and from and again to pick the car up. We haven’t seen our grandson since December 30, 2021. He has two short weeks leave and he’s not going to spend two of these days taking this car back and forth. Their failure to comply with Illinois state laws does not justify their expectation that we take the car to them. They seem to be deleting negative reviews so I expect this message to disappear quickly.

My mechanic recommended this place. GREAT CALL!!

Tariq brought a beautiful red 2005 Mercury Mariner around front with new tires and brakes. I asked if it was okay to take it to my mechanic to get it looked at. He agreed and I took it there. My mechanic hooked it up to the computer and said he didn't find a single thing wrong. When I brought it back for a minor problem, Tariq took care of it for me, even though he didn't have to as I had bought the vehicle "as is." Wonderful staff and very nice vehicles available.

I wont recommend anyone to buy a car there!!!!!

Could not get car back to them to fix breaks by 500mil Told I it would be taken care of. He wanted me to buy pads and rotters and he would take care of it. Before that he said the car didnt need it....

Great deal

I bought a 2013 F150 it was very clean. The price was very fair. I had two issues that were my fault and they bent over backwards for me I will always go there first before buying any car even before buying a new car because you can save a ton of money buying clean used over a new one that will not hold its value anyway

Great experience!

I had a great first-time car buying experience with I-80 auto sales. There was no hassle, nothing was confusing, and the employees were willing to help. The car I purchased had trouble starting, but they were happy to replace the battery for free.

Little Red Corvette! Dream car, great experience!

I drove an hour from Chicago to get here and would do it again tomorrow! The staff was knowledgeable about the cars and the buying/financing process. It was my first time buying a used car (1986 Red Corvette) and the friendly staff at I-80 Auto Sales made it a smooth, quick and easy process! The other cars on the lot looked pristine as well! Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a used car!
