Great Customer Service

Rashad Moreland was a pleasure to work with. Came highly recommended and definitely lived up to a great reputation. Kept communication open even after my repeated indecisiveness. Never felt pressured. Made the buying experience very trusting and comfortable.

Master mechanics?

The customer service was great but my car was not taken care of and improperly diagnosed of what was looked at. The mechanic said my motor was seized and did not look no further besides checking oil and realizing my radiator cap was after market. Being stranded and far from my house(okc). I thought the dealership would help me get it fixed. After being told it needs a new engine yesterday. I decided to picked it up today, Another day paying for a rental and renting a trailer and taking time off work, I just got it home. I can turn my crank shaft so not SEIZED. I couldn't read a code so maybe electrical problem. They did not bother to check for a code, onced determined seized, or they just wanted me to buy a motor because I was so far away, and maybe willing to cough up the change. The car might have been scanned for a code but I was told they did not. Maybe they didn't want to looked into it, once they realized they could not connect to the computer. Either way the car never left the spot the tow truck dropped it off. I could have sent my car to auto zone and got a better diagnostic. Yesterday after being told my motor was shot. I thought maybe get a quote and see what they would give me. From 1030 am to closing and two phone calls later no quote. They did call me back today, and with their poor inspection on my car, I apologized for wasting their time. Great customer service. Friendly Have me a ride to enterprise But master mechanic? Not sure I have a honda crv 2008

Red Carpet Service

I would like say, I was on line looking at vehicles at midnight. I ran across the great clearance at Patterson Honda of Wichita Falls,Tx... I enquired about a vehicle,the HR-V EX... I was so pleased to receive a email from Cinda a service representative for Patterson Honda. She also called and left a very welcoming message inviting me in to come and visit the Store. On the following Saturday I was scheduled for a meeting with Jauron Moreland. I received a call the morning of to confirm my appointment. I found that be very professional. Thanks for the Great customer service. When I arrived at the Store. There was parking attendees assisting Patrons entering the lot. I was immediately greeted by Mr. Moreland he was very professional. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into a vehicle. I know the brand and the people standing with the Brand represent the Brand very well. Needless to say the service was quick. The sale was amazing. I am the proud owner of a 2016 Honda, HR-V EX....
