We test drove the car on Tuesday and everything went

We test drove the car on Tuesday and everything went well. Bought the car on Saturday and it was making some odd noises. Brought it back and they had it fixed by Monday. Really enjoyed working with them.

Great service and fair prices. Go see for yourself

Bought my Highlander today from there. This post can’t describe the great service I received and the fair price. Don’t believe me, just go up there and see for yourself. You’ll thank you yourself in the end.

Great value

In spite of this crazy market and searching for 4 Months they had the best deal I could find and exceeded my expectations. Motaz was my sales person and he was extremely helpful.

Great Staff

I purchased Subaru from them, overall very transparent and helpful through every step. Will be doing business with them in the future. Only thing is they don't offer auto service.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The WORST Car buying experience ever. They sold my daughter a complete lemon. The car was in a complete wreck and had a twisted suspension. They bought the car for $3500 at auction and resold it to my daughter for $12,000. Within days we had issues, and they didn't care. We put in $2 k within the first 2 months and got rid of the car after 3 months. They completely took advantage of a 17 year old without even thinking twice. Worst owner!!!! He even treats him kids like crap. Awful person with no integrity.

Excellent service

I had purchased a CR-V from these guys in late fall and everything drove perfectly, accept I had an air-conditioning problem. I called them regarding it and they acted fast on getting it repaired and also warrantied it!

Down to earth people to work with

I had just purchased a Corolla from these folks and I was shocked of how easy they are to work with. I had thrown the idea of eventually racking up the car to give it a look over and they suggested it why not now. In my past experiences I had to jump threw hoops just to inspect cars at other previous car lots. I purchased the car and so far after 4 months of driving it, no complaints.

BEWARE!! Deceiving and dishonest dealer

Tactics/Summary: -Lies/Deceives: Said car had a clean title with only a minor accident. It actually had a ‘total loss’ reported -Bad Customer Service: Didn’t forward carfax report after promising to do so several times. Muffles voice during phone conversation when discussing negative information. Slow to Respond We spoke to Mo (owner?) several times about a Honda Crosstour that he assured us had a clean title and only a “minor” accident reported (air bags didn’t deploy). We asked him several times to forward us a copy of the carfax. He said he would but kept forgetting. He knew that the day we were going to drive 2hrs to see and purchase the vehicle, we were also going bank to get a check to pay for the car in full. That morning, we waited an hour to hear back from him before going to the bank. When we let him know that we weren’t getting the money until he emailed the report, he again ignored the text message. We then gave him a call and that’s when he revealed that the car history “strangely” now showed that it had a total loss incident reported by the insurance company. We didn’t make the drive to Wisconsin but lost a day of wages because of the deceit (we took the day off). Do yourself a favor and read the other negative reviews and you’ll notice a consistent pattern of deceit, misinformation and poor customer service. This dealership can’t be trusted! Don’t waste your time and money.
