Happy customers!

The process of buying our 2022 Kia Telluride was smooth overall! We were able to do most of the application process through text and online, which sped up the process! Our sales rep, Ross, was willing to work with us to meet our individual needs and was always quick to respond. We are happy with our purchase!

Better price!

I was seen by Kevin, I went there several times because I was researching a lot before making a decision. But after 3 weeks I was sure they had the cheapest car in the region, a clean title and a good negotiation. I'm happy with my choice and I recommend them!

Deceiving

Get the vehicles inspected before buying. Not by Jiffy Lube either as that's who already does their inspections and lies for them. They clear engine codes and lie about vehicles mechanical conditions. I've owned mine for only a week & have already had to dump $1,600 into it just to keep the motor from blowing up. Issues that are relatively obvious to any mechanic and are pretty serious, considering you'll have no engine if they're ignored. Which from what I can see my vehicle sat on their lot for 7 months being driven who knows how much or often with these problems. One of the few issues being the VVT solenoid, that my mechanic explained is usually caused by using the incorrect oil, or going way overdue on oil changes (or not changing at all & just adding more oil.) I should have figured that when I test drove & found a container of oil in the trunk that was still in it after I purchased, only it was near empty. I understand a used vehicle is a used vehicle it's just not very ethical to knowingly clear codes and lie to customers about what they're already over paying for. From the sounds of it these vehicles sit on their lots, neglected for quite a while. I do have to say the salesman who helped me was nice & prompt, just can't say it meant to much if he was aware of the lies he was feeding me.

Ah yes, very good.

Simple. As a first time car buyer, it can be nervous with a gazillion other car options and buyers. Auto Action treated me very well.

Please Read Before Purchasing

I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in October of 2022. I live in NC and purchased the vehicle from Action Auto based in Utah. I was sent reports detailing the car was in perfect working condition both mechanically and physically. When I received the vehicle the Automatic winch, fog lights, and several other aftermarket items were not functional. When I initially called to see if they would rectify this I was told that Utah is a buyer beware state and there is nothing they could do. If this were the only issue I would not be writing my first review in my 45 years but this transaction became an absolute nightmare. I did not like the jeep from the moment it was delivered and I asked if they would purchase back the car which of course came with a no. I then attempted to sell the car on my own, I finally found a buyer for $23,500 and went to the NC DMV to get the car titled in my name so I can retitle to the new owner. I spent 4 days and countless hours at the DMV and the message was the same each time, Action Auto did not have the chain of title correct and the vehicle should have never been sold without proper titling. I spoke to Jason, the owner of Action Auto who swore he did everything right on his end and it must be something with NC DMV laws. I let him know that if he did not know the Titling Laws of the states he is selling to he probably should not be selling to those states. I asked him to please purchase the vehicle back from me as I can not legally get it titled in my name which would enable me to see it. He offered my 18k due to "depreciation" during the 8 months I had the car even though there was not 1 additional mile put on the car since delivery. Jason wound up having me send back the Title, Titling it in Action Autos name and then Titling in my name. This process took 8 weeks during which time I lost my buyer. I asked Jason if he would cover the difference between the 23,500k I had a contract with and what I wound up selling for which of course came with a no. this has cost me an unbelievable amount of time and money due to the dishonesty and incompetency of Action Auto. I urge any out of state buyers to please look for your car anywhere else
