Action Auto was awesome! Haven was super kind and patient. While we were test driving she found more recommendations for us based on what we showed interest in while keeping our budget and needs in mind! I didn’t feel pressured or pushed at all, and we got an amazing car out of it! I highly recommend going through them!

Action Auto Utah sold me a car for about $20,000 that, according to their own mechanics when we took it back to them a few weeks after we purchased it, ended up needing $2500 to $5000 in repairs. Because we had not purchased their over-priced warranty, they wouldn't do anything to help us -- except again offer the over-priced warranty at approximately the same price that it would cost to repair the car.

Buying my new car was a relatively quick and painless experience which I appreciate. Tyson helped me when I first called and we saw the process to the end. The only thing that I will say about the dealership is that it is cramped, not a lot of space to park and cars are sort of crammed. As well as when I got my car, I was told it had been detailed, but there was still dust on the inside and the car mats were full of dirt in the trunk. I think I got what I wanted although the car had many scratches that I had overlooked.

This has got to be one of the very best dealerships I've been to. I have never had a better car buying experience. It was so easy and smooth and the people who work there are just as friendly as can be. Dominick was the salesman and he was excellent. Thank you so much
