They need to be "Customer Oriented" in their service department! Never again with Curry.

Lies & overcharges from a crooked Service Advisor
I brought my mint 1987 Chevy Monte Carlo SS into Curry Chevrolet's Service Department last week for a New York State Safety Inspection, an oil change, and a coolant flush. I knew that my right turn signal was not working, so I told them to replace the right front bulb and see if that was the problem. If the turn signal started working again, I told them to go ahead and perform the State Inspection. If it required more than just a bulb, I told them not to perform the State Inspection. After waiting over 6 hours (I was told that the long wait was due to the fact that only two mechanics at the service department are qualified to work on a car so old), I was told that I needed a right flasher, and not a bulb. I asked them if they had performed the safety inspection yet, and they said no. Since I had waited so long already, and had other things to do that afternoon, I told them to forget about the safety inspection and just give me my bill for what had already been done on my car. When I examined my bill, I noticed that not only had they charged me for the safety inspection that I told them not to do, but they charged me $37 for it. $37 is the price for the combined NYS Safety and Emissions Inspection. As I have a car that is older than 25 years old, I am only subject to the $10 NYS Safety Inspection. Curry Chevrolet's Service Department, specifically Service Advisor Derrick Warren, is dishonest and I will not be bringing my car back to them ever again. Furthermore, I will tell my friends, family, and acquaintances in mid and lower Westchester County about these crooks!

3rd time there in 14 days
service is lost at what they are doing. Took my car for repair (check engine light)twice they said it was fine the second time drove 10 miles and all the issues are back. It is back again. New car put 1,000 miles on it and they asked me if I checked the oil , really , they had it 4 days already and the oil ?. it is still there and no phone call total 11 days with out car.

Excellent Customer Service
I leased a new Malibu from Curry Chevrolet and had a great experience with all staff members I worked with. I wanted a very specific model and color which I knew was going to be a challenge. Fannie was my sales rep and she worked tirelessly along with the sales manager, Laura, to locate a vehicle that met all of my needs. I then worked with Sebastian from Finance to review the numbers, he explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. My favorite sales rep, Fannie, was not available on the day I was scheduled to pick up the car. She and Laura had everything prepared and ready for me upon arrival. They arranged for another sales rep, John, to walk me through the pick up process, set up On Star, etc. John was also terrific, seamless teamwork! Lastly, Laura personally accompanied me to the Ford dealer to return my previous lease! Thank you all for a great client experience!
