Brenden feliciano in sales was very personable and

Brenden feliciano in sales was very personable and professional who made my truck buy experience a positive one. From quick email response to sales end, salesman Brenden Feliciano was a delight, very professional, polite and listened to my needs. Never tried to push the sale and was easygoing explaining everything to me. While he worked hard to keep me informed of everything going on as he multitask with other customers needs he never forgotten me. Constantly updated me on the proses, financials, rates and where the process was. His personal attention to detail and commitment to his customers, knowledge of vehicles and options, kindness who worked with me to the end of the sale. I highly appreciate and recommend Brendan for sales knowledge here. Other then dealership having some minor issues with there computers and Penn. Dot. My experience was flawless at Tom Hesser Nissan. This is our 3rd car from this dealership. I highly recommend Brenden! Thank you!! John S purchased a blue 24 frontier with 1200 miles and saved $$$$

Excellent purchase experience with Tom Hesser Nissan. I felt that the staff was very helpful in selecting a new Nissan. They were not pushy at all. I would do business with them again.

They went the extra step.

I recently bought a pathfinder at a used car lot. It needed an airbag repair at a dealership. Your service staff was curtious and professional and the waiting area was very comfortable. The repair was even done sooner than the estimated time. But what impressed me the most was, this is my first vehicle with the techy stuff. I had questions on how to operate some of it. A very nice sales rep answered my questions and took the time to show me how to use it. Thank you so much for that.

Worse place ever!!! Chris our sales guy was GREAT but his mgr Mike was the Worse! STAY AWAY. The mgr sent the sales guy to do an appraisal on a car he knew we were going to buy. By the time our sales guy went back HE SOLD IT ON US. POOR MANAGEMENT FOR SURE!!!!! STAY AWAY

Family of 5 and buying a vehicle - Outstanding!

We are a family of 5 and the staff worked with us as we went in and out many times during this Covid-19 time. Very easy to deal with and they allowed us to test drive the vehicle a couple times. Tjhe salesman was helpful and called me when he found the right vehicle for us.

Rip-off

Took my 2015 Pathfinder in for state inspection with 10,300 miles on it and they said I needed front brake pads and rotors. They said they rusted from sitting. The car is driven everyday just not far. Cost me $452.00. Keep away from Tom Hesser Nissan. I called several inspection stations and was told that I did not need that work to pass inspection. Keep away from Tom Hessers if you are going to keep your vehicle over three years. My wife has a 2016 Rogue that was also due for state inspection. It barely passed but I am getting e-mails constantly to follow up on getting these so-called repairs. They are great people at Hessers until your warranty runs out.
