I bought a car in March and still waiting for the license

I bought a car in March and still waiting for the license plates. Apparently, 2 months are not enough for them to do the paperwork. Frustrating!

One of the sellers at this Dealership, Deshaun, told the

One of the sellers at this Dealership, Deshaun, told the car is in perfect condition. When I went there, the car's condition was 5/10 and only one key which is odd for a 2021 car for $30k to have one key and to be told that car is perfect condition. They made me drive 100 miles for nothing.

The process of buying a car at Radley Cadillac was

The process of buying a car at Radley Cadillac was seamless. The customer service was excellent regardless of the type of car you were purchasing. Our sales associate, Antoine Richardson was great. He and the other staff made the whole experience a pleasure. The car was detailed, filled up and washed prior to our driving away. Too bad for CARMAX, they lost a sale. Radley Cadillac has two very happy customers. We will definitely be back to purchase our next one. Great job Radley Cadillac!!!!!!

Great experience, Antoine Richardson was my sales

Great experience, Antoine Richardson was my sales associate and immediately assisted me over phone with a Jeep I have been eyeing for sometime. He worked out some numbers before my long drive but it was well worth it. Very good person, took me for test drive and spoke like we knew each other. Meet the finance manager and she awesome as well, just pretty cool experience. Would buy again from the dealership!!!

Seen a vehicle I liked but there too far for me to drive

Seen a vehicle I liked but there too far for me to drive there, but they were willing to ship it to me, the salesman John sent video and pictures from his phone. Lisa helped with the financing. I went ahead with the purchase but over night got cold feet! They refunded my money that day! Definitely recommend this dealer.

I had a GREAT experience with Penny and Radley Cadillac

I had a GREAT experience with Penny and Radley Cadillac in Fredericksburg, Va. Penny had helped me look at another vehicle earlier in my car buying process and I was ecstatic when the car I ended up buying was at Radley. Penny made my car buying experience very comfortable. Not once did Penny or Radley Cadillac make me feel pressured or uncomfortable during my buying experience. They really acted like a friend lending support. I would highly reccomend Penny Lloyd and Radley Cadillac.

Today (4/30/24) just completed the purchase of a Certified pre-owned Cadillac 2023 CT4 from Radley Cadillac. Trading in a 2015 Cadillac ATS4, the negotiation over the phone went very smoothly with the Sales Consultant and the Finance Manager. The unit was delivered to Midlothian VA from Fredericksburg by a young, very knowledgeable and polite Radley employee. He answered all my questions. Equipped with all the paperwork, I signed and exchanged paperwork, and everything was completed without a problem. All handled very professionally. I couldn't be more pleased with Radley Cadillac..

As a follow-up to my previous review regarding my purchase of a 2018 Lexus RX450 HL. I am pleased to say that the used car sales manager Sabrina reached out to me. We scheduled a meeting this past Monday and along with sales manager Ryan Ambrose we have resolved the issues mentioned in my previous review. They listened to my concerns and understood why I felt that way at the time. All of my issues were satisfactorily resolved and ended in a very positive customer experience.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
