My wife and I originally purchased an Infiniti EX37 from Crest back in Dec. of 2013. Over 13 years we have obviously had to use the service dept. for various reasons and each time we have been extremely pleased with them. Our most recent visit just last week was handled by a service writer named Tad, and hands down, he was the most professional and competent service writer we have ever experienced. An A+++ for him, the lovely lady who was our cashier when we picked up our car and the greeter when we originally arrived at the dealership.

Service was done exactly as requested.

Service was done exactly as requested. Trevor was great. Was hoping the car would have been cleaned but we didn't talk about that -- thought it was part of a big service appointment. Otherwise, all good!

The sucess of this transaction was due to Jeannie. She has stayed in contact with us over the past two years, and as a result, we became first time buyers at Crest Infiniti. We also thought the team from Randy and Managers (Brandon?) were a core reason we choose Crest Infiniti.

Gassett was amazing!

Gassett was amazing! So kind, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions! Andy, his manager then came in and was also very kind and worked with me honestly.
