Great People and Great Service

I have been doing business with BMW of Pleasant Grove for over 5 years now. From walking into store, Sophia always greats me with a smile and a welcome. She takes the time to see how my day was and gets to know me. From there, the sales staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have referred many family members and friends to BMW of Pleasant Grove. They are never pushy and never make you feel uncomfortable. As a client, it has really changed my views of large dealerships. Their service department and techs have always done a great job. Their pricing is always very fair and repairs always done right. Overall a great group of people who really do treat you as family.

Amazing customer service

We have two BMW's and have spent a lot of money on them. BMW of PG always makes sure we are taken care of for any service or maintenance we may need for our cars. They get to know you individually and makes every visit fun and exciting. They have amazing loaner cars that are ALWAYS clean....which is a big deal to me. They are very professional and always willing to help. I will never drive another car brand besides BMW. BMW of PG is awesome! Shout out to Sophia at the front desk and Diana in the service department!!! :) you guys are amazing!!!

AMAZING SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE!!

I must say, BMW of Pleasant Grove does it the right way! In my experience, Service manager, Daniel Taylor is a joy to work with and the service that is provided is what you should expect when buying a BMW. I trust them so much that I have even had cars shipped from out of state to Dan just to have his team work on the vehicle! I cannot say enough about their focus on customer service and satisfaction, these guys really want your business and will show you that in how they treat you. I would highly recommend this dealership and service team!

Customer Service is AMAZING!

Everything about this dealership is amazing....we have an X5M and a 3 series. Diana always makes sure we are taken care of and that our experience is the best. Even though it's the dealership, I want to be able to trust that they are telling me the truth about issues or that they are taking care of my car and not putting dings in it or scratching my rims, etc. I trust them 100%. I feel that BMWs are NOT inexpensive cars and these guys know that. They treat you and handle situations like a luxury car maker should. The customer service is amazing, from the sales team to the service team and everyone in between!!

The ONLY place BMW owners need to know

It started back in 2008 when I purchased a used 2004 330i convertible which I still own. Since then a Certified Pre-Owned X5 and 535xi, then two brand new X5s. The entire experience is wonderful from the moment you walk in the door. Finding the right vehicle, test drives, learning about the features and the whole purchasing process. Outstanding. Then when it comes time for regular maintenance or to address any issue that arises, the service department is prompt, efficient and effective. Loaner cars are readily available and the service team does an excellent job offering solutions and managing expectations. Sometimes even going through hoops to satisfy unique requests. I'm hooked on BMWs and I will only get mine from Collin, Dustin, Diana and the rest of the BMW of Pleasant Grove team. Thanks guys.

If you want service above and beyond expectations...

I recently completed my second lease at BMW of Pleasant Grove and I couldn't be happier. Evan Gray delivers such professionalism and great customer service to his clients. I live near the dealership in Salt Lake City but I choose to deal with Pleasant Grove because of Evan and Collin Peay!

In short, phenomenal

You always hear story's of dealerships who overcharge and/or take advantage of their customers, so I was skeptical going here in the first place, but those fears held no merit. I can genuinely say I have never been treated so well, by any dealership, in my entire life. My vehicle had a service update which was performed in a timely manner, and they were kind enough to loan me a brand new X3 for use while it was being serviced. I also notified them of a noticable floating sensation felt in my vehicle under hard acceleration, which when looked into, they discovered some loose linkage bolts and an extremely out of spec alignment. They proceeded to torque everything down, perform an alignment, and do a once over on the car, before washing, vacuuming, and returning it to me. All of this was completed at no cost to me, which speaks volumes considering the vehicle was purchased from a 3rd party used. Danny, one of their service technicians, was a pleasure to work with, and due to this sole experience I can guarantee my next vehicle purchase will take place through them.

Purchase of Used 2011 BMW X5d

Purchased this vehicle and was told it had not been in an accident. I asked to see the Carfax, but was told they do not use Carfax on their used cars. The salesman stated they use Autocheck instead. Auto check showed a clean history. When trading it in a new BMW X5 35d, the Carfax report showed damage. As a result, we over paid and got less on trade than we would have for an undamaged vehicle. When contacting the salesman, he again stated they only use Autocheck on their used vehicles, which is false. The dealership refused to take any responsibility for misrepresenting the X5. Their last response was they looked forward to my future business.

Long term relationship

I had a vehicle being worked on that I eventually traded in for a 2014 320i. I was given a loaner for several weeks while my 2000 528i was in the shop, which I appreciated. When it ended up the costs of fixing the older vehicle were prohibitive and I decided to upgrade to the newer car, they were very accomodating in reversing charges for work done on my trade-in. This showed me they were interested in a long-term relationship, not just a one and done transactions. Thanks to Evan, Dustin, and Diana for their help and service!

Very Positive Experience - Dustin Starks was awesome!
